Really impressed ! We arrived and had our photo taken outside on the steps, which you can then purchase while you eat - great idea as most people dont take out a camera when you eat...
The wait wasnt too bad during the evening for your food as it can get really busy, but we also visited during lunch time which was like waiting for Xmas. We waited 30 mins to find that they had lost our order and then we waited another 30 mins for our drinks then a further 30 mins for our food. Although the food is great I would recommend visiting on the evening as you seem to get served quicker. The menus are fantastic, great variety and the smoothies are delicous. Would recommend the lasagne it fills you up a treat.

We recently returned from a Disney vacation and everything was great except our dinner at Planet Hollywood. It is obvious that the management spent a great deal of time developing the atmosphere and very little time hiring competent cooks. The food was bland, tasteless and waaaaay overpriced. Even our 9 year-old daughter said that her chicken fingers tasted funny. When in Downtown Disney go to PH for the movie memorabilia but eat elsewhere.

This is your typical planet hollywood food. If you have been to one before, you know what to expect. If you ask me, it is a step above that of hard rock, etc.... So, basically, the food is pretty good and the atmosphere is what makes it neat. It's in a good location, and if you are like me and love movies, the memorabliia keeps you entertained. After you eat, you walk straight out to downtown disney and enjoy the rest of your night. It's a pretty cool little planet hollywood, just get there early because the line forms quickly.

We visited Planet Hollywood on March 22, 2007. We were fortunate enough to have gotten right in and not have to wait. Our service was fabulous and speedy. The food was of good quality and was served promptly.

My only complaint is about the pictures. We barely made it to the top of the steps to the entrance and we were malled by two girls wanting to take our picture. Having never been to this restaurant before we had no idea what was going on, so we went with the flow. Later they came around with the pics printed and wanted to sell them to us! This was very disturbing to our dinner and I think it is inappropriate.

Now I know the next time I go to just say NO to the pics!

I highly recommend this restaurant for all ages.
