“Poor Service from Kitchen and Management”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed June 25, 2013

We have visited the Cheesecake Factory multiple times in various cities and states and generally have a good experience. We visited on Monday, June 24 @ 915 PM. We waited 15-20 minutes for a table which was very acceptable. Our waitress (Rebecca G) came to the table in a timely fashion and returned with drinks. So far so good. She advised us the bread would take a bit as hard to keep it in supply.

We ordered our meals (meatloaf, breakfast burrito, 4 cheese pasta, and Bang Bang Shrimp and Chicken). The food was delivered in a more or less reasonable time. However the meatloaf dish, which has mashed potatoes and gravy literally had cold potatoes and the meatloaf was barely warm.

We informed the male staff member that delivered the second two dishes two us. He was a bit indifferent about it but took the plate back. The second dish delivery (containing the burrito) was not overly warm either but we decided to keep it given the time of night and overall length of time things were starting to take.

A manager stopped by to check on us, apologized and we informed him of the second dish but we would simply eat it as is as we did not want to wait longer. We then ordered cheesecake to go...it took about 10-15 minutes for this to come back and the store was more or less empty by this time. We overheard the table behind us indicate they had issues with their meal as well.

Bill came and no type of acknowledgment of the service issue. We were not asking for or expecting any free meal but when you pay for a service of eating out, it includes not just the food but the fees for preparing it, etc. When you do not get that service you would reasonably anticipate some sort of adjustment for the lack of service. It was not offered and we do not ask for it but reflect it in our tip. Unfortunately for Rebecca, her service was good but the overall experience was not. So we left a note for management they needed to adjust the bill to give her the tip as the issue is between them now vs. us and wait staff or management. I left a note that a trip advisor review would be posted and hope they take the time to respond to it.

“Wow what a cheesecake.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 22, 2013

Our son wanted to go into the Cheesecake factory after seeing it on a programme here in the UK. Not knowing what to expect we went in and sat down for a meal. Seating was ok if not a little cramped and although it was noisy you could still here the conversation at the table next to you. Not particularly disabled friendly, my husband would have had difficulty in getting his chair in at the table because of the close proximity of the other tables. But the main course and the fantastic cheese cake made up for it.

“Fab Fab Fab!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 20, 2013 via mobile

We are from the UK and our annual holiday is usually in Florida. We love the Cheesecake Factory. Eaten at Orlando and Tampa. We returned from our holiday last week and had eaten here three times! Hubby loves the Buffalo Blasts, I love Pasta Da Vinci but we also tried different stuff too. The chicken coated in Pretzels was amazing.

The service was great, as always, and our kids love it too.

So many cheesecakes to choose from for desert but boy they are yummy.

Highly recommend you pay a visit!

:)

“So much cheesecake!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 16, 2013 via mobile

We didn't eat any food here so this review is just for the cheesecake side of things, of which we ate loads! I had read about this place on many different review sites and knew that while in Orlando I had to try their cheesecakes. We visited here twice and had red velvet, a coconut chocolate one, a coconut and pineapple one and a rich chocolate one. They all came with cream and were packed really well to take back to our hotel. Although the slices didn't look that huge to me, I discovered that they could feed two people no problem (which meant I got to save half of mine for the next day!). And they tasted amazing - with red velvet being my favourite. Only wish there was one in London.
