A group of us ate at Les Chefs de France in Epcot during a recent trip. One appetizer was, in my opinion, far and away the best thing on the menu, which was the Alsace specialty flatbread, with creme fraiche, onion and bacon. I would have been happy with that and the French onion soup for dinner. However, being with a large group, I ordered the prix fix menu, and chose French onion soup with gruyere, beef short ribs, and creme brulee. These were average to good I'd say, no better or worse than I've had elsewhere. I was expecting it to be truly excellent based on prior reviews here. Others in our party had the lobster bisque, escargot and pate and liked them, as well as the duck, and the Coquille St. Jacques. Overall it was a good experience and I'd recommend trying Les Chefs de France. It was a very enjoyable time with friends and family. By the way, I did not hear any complaints about the wine :).
