HOB - food was mediocre - I can easily make a better etouffe and I am not from New Orleans. My friend had such a meager portion served to him we had the server bring it back and get it refilled.

No music during dinner.

Food didnt kill anyone in our group of 10 but then again nobody wanted to ever go back.

Overpriced like everything in Disney.

Ate at the HOB 1/7/05 7:30pm. The line for the dining room was 15 deep with a 35min wait once at the door. The line for the evening entertainment was already 100ft long easy for the 11pm show. As I was solo, I opted for the bar and an immediate seat. I sat at the bar for 5 minutes before I was even glanced at with indifferent recognition and another 5 minutes before I was then offered a drink-At which time I ordered a tall glass of milk just to tweak the little punk behind the counter right back. It took another 10 minutes for the milk to appear. I ordered the 'Famous' rack of ribs. I then hit the ladies room, where I was discouraged by a barrage of commentary over disappointing entrees. Well, I was soon to follow. Another 15 minutes elapsed before the plate of luke warm fast food ribs, glazed in a heatlamp induced congealed unremarkable smattering of sauce appeared...and for this rare and luscious treat for which I traveled 1200 miles, I enjoyed a tab of $23 overpriced dollars. I might add that not a note of music was heard and not so much as a grimice was seen on the faces of the staff. The least fun I had in Orlando.

We ate at the House of Blues in Downtown Disney on Friday 8/20/04. While the food was good and we had an advanced priority seating for 9 pm we never heard any music while dining. We did watch a colorful group assemble their instruments for over an hour. During dessert we asked our server when the music would begin.She told us after 11pm, when the diners are cleared out because it gets pretty loud. I felt mislead as their own printed schedule said music began at 9....now there are several "spaces" ,a restaurant, an outside sitting area, a music hall. How is the average tourist to figure this all out? It is pricey there to say the least and without the entertainment it is just another expensive restaurant.
