I went with my wife and daughter and we ordered two steaks, drinks (colas), and sides. Our order came to $65.

The food was average. If I want a steak of equal or greater quality, I'll go to Lone Star, Longhorn, Outbac, etc.

The service was below average - a smile would have been nice.

If I'm going to spend as much as $65 on dinner for my family, where would I take them for steak? I can think of any number of places (including those above plus Outback and Golden Corral) that have better food at a lower price.

So why would I ever eat here again? There is no situation that I can conceive where I would choose this restaurant again. There are far too many other dining options that are (a) better and (b) cheaper.

Sorry, but this place is very not recommended.

Service was slow and atmosphere average.
The steak was OK (but dried out).
I got a wonderfully large caribbean lobster tail. I couldn't finish it....good thing. I was sick for 3 days afterward. I would NEVER go back there. They did an OK job with the kid's cheese pizza, though. Big disappointment!

I do not agree with the other reviewer. In my opinion it was not excellent and there were certainly better restaurants and cheaper.

The food was ok, the staff were friendly and the atmosphere was good.

However, I did not feel that is was particularly cheap and the amount we spent could have been better spent at Red Lobster, Denny's, Uno or Olive Garden.

I found the other restaurants more children friendly and the service generally better. These other restaurants also did not add gratuity, which I found quite high. I always tip for good service and do not feel it should be thrust upon you.

Stayed in The Bestwestern Movieland next door and ate in Black Angus on quite a few time for breakfast and Dinner.

Food was always great, loved the atmosphere, staff always friendly and willing to help.

Breakfast buffet was great, loved the scrambled egg with cheese and ham,

Steak sandwichs were great.

Overall great value for money.
