Found this on Trip Advisor so decided to give it a go.
I had also read on TA about the Call Ahead system - you can't actually reserve a table but you can call ahead and they will put you on their list (not sure what the difference is but it worked!). The two groups ahead of us in the queue were told there was a minimum one hour wait, but because we'd called ahead we barely had time to sit down with our cocktails before our table was ready.
Previous comments on the size of the portions are true - we shared one starter between two and the main course I had (linguine with shrimp and lobster) did two of us as a light lunch the next day too! And it's also true their claim about shrimp or (large pieces of) lobster in every bite - it certainly wasn't just a plate full of pasta. Yummy.
We also liked that the server said "here's your piping hot food" - and it was, unlike most other places we've eaten in America.
