Description: Whispering Canyon Cafe in Disney's Wilderness Lodge smokes up pulled pork, ribs, chicken, baked beans, corn bread and more that will satisfy any cowboy or cowgirl in the family. In this rowdy, family-style restaurant right out of the Old West, start your morning with a bang-up breakfast of favorites such as buttermilk pancakes, omelets or an all-you-care-to-enjoy Canyon Skillet.Later in the day, bring your posse by for lunch when we're serving up burgers, salads and sandwiches, or stop in for dinner and be tempted by steak, fish or salads. And we can wrangle the heartiest appetites, 'cause we've got lunch and dinner Canyon Skillets, too. Be sure to save room for the Canyon Apple Pie!

“Great BBQ and Gluten Free Options”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 26, 2013

The pulled pork, chicken, well...everything was fantastic. The Gluten Free options for kids were amazing. Tip for Gluten Free families: Don't hold back on what you ask for...the Chef's are very accommodating and you pay the same price for the meal, regardless.

Be sure to ask for a LARGE soda here.

“Typical average Disney”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed March 22, 2013

We visit Disney quite often and try to experience their different restaurants. This is a modestly priced buffet served family style. Choices of baked fish, ribs, beef, roasted chicken and county sausage all you care to eat. The service was good but the food was just average taking away from its cost. We conclude that the finer food offerings at Disney are their signiture restaurants and the rest is average. We tried Whispering Cafe and it was ok but would not add it to our return list.

“fun time for all”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 21, 2013

We had so much fun at this restaurant! We stayed at the Wilderness Lodge and heard wonderful things about the restaurant . We made reservations a couple days ahead of time. The kids and adults had so much fun :) Ask for ketchup and see what happens :)

“Saucy Service with a Smile”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 20, 2013

This was our second visit to the Whispering Canyon Cafe. It doesn't dissapoint. We made a reservation for an early dinner, and it wasn't so crowded or rowdy, but we were still treated to a parade of little ones on their stick ponies. And the ketchup was on the move throughout the restaurant. Great fun!

The food is good. The ribs were yummy. My husband expecially enjoyed the roast pork. Service was friendly and saucy all at the same time, but that's part of the charm.

Pay one price for all you can eat is a good deal. We weren't staying at this resort so we went a little early to look around. Taking the ferry between the Wilderness Lodge and Magic Kingdom park is a lovely way to get around.

“Food that melts in your mouth”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 18, 2013

Loved this place in the Wilderness Lodge. BBQ done right! Sampler platter had fish, ribs, beef, pulled pork, sausage, corn, mashed potatoes, baked beans, green beans. Corn bread is delicious. Desserts were out of this world...Key Lime Cheesecake, Apple and Cranberry Buckle, and Chocolate Cake.
Fun environment for kids...pony rides on sticks, ketchup run, etc.
