This restaurant is nice, but service is slow and not what Disney is suppose to give.
We arrived as walk ins and just waited about 15 minutes, which was totally okay. Check in staff and seaters were great and friendly. We were seated a little towards the back of the restaurant, which I first thought was a little bad, but turns out it was quite nice. The table next to the fireplace...
Our server did not greet us until its been over 10 minutes, was quite waiting with the limited menu. She was a fun person and definitely someone who should be working for Disney, she cared for her tables and had a great interaction with all the guests. The meal we had was the all you can eat option, quite good food. Even though our server didn't give me any refills automatically, I actually had to ask to get a refill of coke every time I was empty. I can understand this a little when the glasses they had were pretty small.
While we were eating people were screaming "I NEED KETCHUP!!" loudly in the restaurant. I was like what?? And when I asked for ketchup our server took me out in the middle of the room and said; You gotta scream for more ketchup! So I did and sat down in a little embarrassment. Then a family came over with like 10 ketchup bottles, a little fun thing to do. When I heard someone scream out for ketchup, we had to run to that table with it. There was also a "parade" or the kids pretended to ride horses in the middle section of the restaurant.
If you don't want to have a little noisy dining, ask for a table in the back of the restaurant, where things are more quiet.
Interesting, a little under average experience. Slow service, no refills of drinks or even asked if we wanted more of the all you can eat skillet drags this place down. Great guest interaction and personality makes it okay.
