We ate in the main restaurant like the previous reviewer and it was just a bad experience. The person on the front desk didn't seem to know how to work the table system and it took ages for him to decide whether we could be seated and where - we had several false starts.
Then we got our table - it was SOOO noisy. I don't normally notice these things, but this was just beyond a joke - there must be something wrong with the acoustics.
We ordered a sampler plate of sushi to share as one of our appetisers and also another appetiser from the main menu, and our entrees from the main menu.
Our main menu appetiser arrived and was eaten. Then the sushi arrived. Some of it was missing so they had to go back for it. Then we had barely started to eat when our main courses arrived!
The server actually tried to put them down on the table, shifting the sushi out of the way. He seemed most surprised when we stopped him and pointed out that we'd only just started our sushi.
Shall I take them away again then? he asked!!! DUHHH!! Yes! So away he went.
Unfortunately when they came back about 20 minutes later when we were ready, it was blatantly obvious that they had been just held under warming lamps in that time and it was the same dishes reserved. We couldn't believe it from a restaurant bearing the name Wolfgang Puck. I think he ought to pay a visit to his Orlando outlet and see what's going on because it isn't good by a long way.
The entrees were overdone, not hot enough and dried up.
Oh, yes and it was really expensive too. We did not leave a tip.
