We went on line to Waltdisney and searched DELUXE hotels and found there were serveral. We then probed further becuase we wanted two rooms, be it a one bedroom suite or two separate rooms as we have a 2 1/2 year old and a 1 year old. So we were convinced by reservation agents after looking at the kids suite at the Loews that we needed to book a villa at Disney. There are only three resorts that have villas, the Beach Club, Saratoga Springs and the Broadwalk Inn.
A Villa consists of one master bed room with a living room and kitchen that has a sofa bed. Which was prefect for what we needed. Based on that we booked a Villa at The BroadWalk.
Our first night my 21/2 year old touched a wood blind which fell on him and cut his hand. We called the manager which offered to call his engineer and we asked for bandaids. Bandaids never came, the enigineer went back and brought them.
Our room was dirty when we first checked in.
Bed was uncomfortable.
Housekeeping decided not to show up on the 3rd day.
The manager said it was because we booked a time share room, which no one had explained we would be treated different and no one explained that it was time share.
Overall hotel was very average and we paid for a deluxe resort.
