“Nice park, convenient location.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 15, 2013 via mobile

Pleasant walk around the park, then to the playground. Could spend several hours there. Easily walk to surrounding restaurants. Well kept park. There are many activities, shows, etc. there. Can't beat the fireworks on the 4th of July.

“Picturesque setting in the heart of downtown Orlando”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 2, 2013

Looking for a relaxing stroll around a beautiful lake? Then try Lake Eola Park! I did and was not disappointed. It was a sunny Saturday morning/afternoon, people were relaxing on the grassy banks under shade trees while others were paddling around in swan boats. There were plenty of real swans in the lake too for some old world charm. Plenty of places to rest, some places to eat around the edge of the lake too. Restroom facilities and a great family feeling. and a large fountain flowing with water and occasionally shooting a stream skyward!

“Beautiful park and fun paddle boats”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 1, 2013

We had a great time relaxing on the lake and paddling around on swan boat. The cost was $15 for 30 mins and the staff there super nice. The boats are very well kept. This is a great activity to do to get away from the hecticness of the city and just float around peacefully. My 13 and 11 yr olds loved it.

“Yellow curb = $45 fine”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 19, 2013

So free parking for 2 hours - yay- except if your bumper is even a few inches into the yellow painted curb then you can expect your day to be ruined with a parking ticket.
The park is lovely - worth a visit - lovely swan boats sailing on the lake. Lots of real swans and other birds to admire. Swan food available from a dispenser for 25cents.
A pleasant stroll.

“Swan Lake”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 8, 2013

I love the outdoors and this place did not disappoint. I spent about 1.5 hours just walking and taking pictures of the beautiful swans and other birds indigenous to Florida. With me being from Tennessee you dont see a lot of Black swans, so as soon as I saw one, I knew I made the right decision to visit this haven of peacefulness. :) We came as the temperature was dropping in the afternoon and just feeling the breeze on your face, the sun setting and looking at the swans swimming in the lake was like a little piece of heaven. Although there were lots of people there, you still could feel the peace and relaxation. I saw families sitting in the gazebo, young mom's and dad's playing with their children and older folks reading and feeding the birds. This place is certainly the place to relax at the end of the day, especially if you have tired of all the "busy-ness" of the "expensive" attractions. I loved the calmness and peacefulness of this beautiful park.
