We stayed at the resort this past week and enjoyed it very much. The resort was exceptionally clean and recent updates to the resort are really great. The staff are very friendly. When you walk through the resort you see employees with "happy faces". The rooms and grounds are very very nice. The resort is very close to all major parks and great places to eat. Go there for your stay; you will really enjoy.

This resort was perfect for us. The staff was friendly, helpful and constantly smiling. We went to Sea World one day and Bush Gardens another. It was relaxing to return to the resort. The exterior was clean and inviting. The lobby was open and very cozy. The 2 bedroom suite was clean, the furnishings were new, and the towels were folded into shapes that you would expect to find in a much fancier setting. The kitchen was well equipped. My wife has a very sensitive nose and did not detect any unpleasant odors. We highly recommend this resort and will stay there again.

We traded up only to find out it was a trade won. The room we stayed in had not been cleaned and the housekeeper who finally arrived apologizing would eventually mention a recent cut in staff. Well that cut shows. We payed extra for terrible hospitality. In the end we felt we would have been better off with a econolodge room.

We have owned this property since April 1998 and had never taken advantage of going to Westgate Leisure Resorts to check it out. We really did enjoy ourselves at the resort and veryone was extremely nice and friendly. We will go back again real soon if not to orlando maybe somewhere else. I was especially impressed with how clean it was and the landscape was awesome. It was very quite and we really enjoyed ourselves.
