booked this hotel for 21 nights....
yes the location is good.....
but thats it....
checked out after 13 nights. .....
in that time we had our room flooded by faulty toilet.....
next room had broken air con unit.....
so decided to cut out losses and check out early .........
rooms are really hot and humid...
all beds and furniture in all rooms we stayed in are on their last legs. ...
taps leaked......
towels very rarely changed....
plus there was a funny smell in corridors. ....also seemed very noisy. ....
at first we were put opposite the ice machine on the floor......
god do people really need ice at 3 am? ??
then moved down corridor......
id avoid this hotel .........
by far the worse hotel ive stayed in....
and ive holidayed in really poor countries around the world........
as ive said before. .....

Yes this is a basic budget hotel, but we didn't pay a budget price for it over £1000.00 for the hotel alone for 14 days that's around £71.50 a day!! We arrived on a Saturday night after a long day travelling, to dirty bedding a horrible stench on the room. We had to ask numerous times for clean bedding the staff were unhelpful and didn't understand what we were asking for. When we finally got clean bedding we were in the room and the two staff members were talking and laughing in their own language which made us feel uncomfortable. We weren't made aware of the $35 resort fee nor the $100 deposit we had to pay on check in. We later disputed the $35 dollar resort fee as we had pre paid it with our holiday balance, the hotel stated that this is never paid upfront and we will have to take it up with the company we booked with. They also have a 'discounted tickets' booth in reception AVOID AT ALL COSTS unless you want to go to a timeshare presentation where it's a hard sales talk and they get annoyed with you when you say no. Especially the woman on the desk in the hotel. We met a couple who said the discount wasn't worth the time they had lost on their holiday. The breakfast buffet next door is cheap but I personally wouldn't feed it to my pets. All in all an unclean hotel and would advise people to stay away!!

I went with my girlfriend in March 2014 to this hotel and it suited it's purpoise perfectly as this hotel is cheap, the location is easily one of the best of all and the rooms are well equiped. This isn't a fancy hotel, It's just a hotel for you to take a warm shower and sleep, nothing else. The room is big enough, it has air conditioning, fresh toiletries every day, hair dryer, mini bar, tv and a safe. The personnel was very friendly and the room wasn't noisy at all. Yes, the place could get a renewal but this is just me being picky... If you are looking for a well located and cheap hotel, this should be the place, just don't be picky and take into account what you are paying for. Hope I helped!

Room Tip: Try to get one of the rooms looking to the pool as you can see the sun rise and it's quieter tha...

My family and I have just returned from this hotel last week and I would strongly urge you NOT to book to stay there!

We had read the recent poor reviews before travelling but weren't too worried as we had stayed there previously about 5 years ago. At that time, it was basic, but fine - clean & conveniently located just opposite Wet n Wild.

However, this time it was without doubt, the worst (by far) place that we have ever stayed in!

There was no hot water in the room - the taps had to run for at least 15 mins before any sign of hot water and then it was hit & miss.

The rooms are very unclean - whilst the cleaners visit each day, they are totally incapable of cleaning the rooms. A coffee stain on the bedside table remained there for days even though the cleaners had supposedly cleaned the room. The bathroom was left in a terrible state and I doubt whether they even attempted cleaning anything in there. Also, there was a proliferation of bugs - small tiny things all over the bathroom.

Also, the neighbours managed to keep us awake with all the noise they could make! This became a regular experience which just added to our disappointment.

The hotel advertised free internet in all rooms, but their system was broken and when we challenged the manager about the problems we encountered, she advised us to move hotel as she couldn't resolve any of our problems!

When I rang Expedia and asked them about moving hotels, they offered to refund our money & book us in somewhere else. It was a surprised to find out that each night we had left equalled a refund of £14! Other hotels were massively more expensive than this though.

We did move hotels to ensure that our Hols weren't spolit.

We are not moaners but this was a very disappointing experience but when the hotel manager tells you to move & you find out that each night there costs just £14 - what do I expect!

Please avoid at all costs!

Room Tip: I cannot believe that there are any good rooms at this hotel! Sorry - there is nothing that you coul...

All I can say good for this property is that it was conveniently located. Just about everything needs to be replaced. If you are looking for a very basic bed and bath to stay in for a cheap price, this is it. The bathroom and bedroom were fairly clean, but everything looked like it was on it's last legs. I was fearful of the electrical outlets being overloaded! We had to search all over to find one free outlet to plug in our phone chargers, and it was behind the bed! Had to actually pull out the headboard to use it. The other 3 outlets had multiple extender plugs for the lamps, appliances and TV, ect. Kind of scary. Had to keep asking for more towels too since the well worn bath towels were very small. You get what you pay for.

Room Tip: Pool view would be best. Old pool that needed new surfacing, but the landscaping was nice.

Seens like not too many people stay in this hotel during the week days. The smell is horrible. Had to go and buy some air fresheners. The room was clean this facility needs major overhaul. This hotel is so cheap that doesn't have free continental breakfast like all other hotels in the area. I made the wrong choise this time.

Room Tip: Go some place else.
