I'm quite ambivalent about this property--it shares (a large) space with the Ritz Carlton, but it is frankly...near nothing else. The property charges $18 day for parking but provides no shuttle service, save for trips to/from Disneyworld. It's off the (very busy) John Young Parkway and only accessible by car, far from almost everything. I was there for a conference and conferences seem to be their thing---there were other conferences going on while I was there. There seem to be more people there for conferences than families. Every restaurant and bar was filled with business folks--I guess that's why MLB goes there for their fall meetings. The rooms and staff are very nice, but there's something antiseptic about the whole place--no soul or character. If I was going to spend this much money for a room, parking and dining, I would stay inside one of the parks--it would be more fun, less formal and starched, cheaper and closer to everything. I'm not sure what the draw for a family is, being as segregated as it is from everything else and as pricey as it is--but that's me.
