We stayed here this year instead of at Disney. Will never do again. I was nickle and dimed for everything - $10/day for WiFi, daily parking charges, $7 to buy each person a float for the pool! - that really disgusted me. There was no place you could jump into the pool for the kids - only float, and the water barely moved. It was more a place for conferences. Room with two double beds was TINY. Breakfast was lovely, but it should be, at over $100 a morning (including tax and tip) for our 2 adult, 2 child family. They were really accommodating for our son's nut allergies at the Citrico's restaurant and everyone was VERY nice. But the toilet clogged every time the kids used it - I know, kids, but this has never happened at any other place. We were in Room 9050. We also needed a minifridge that worked for the food that I was going to bring to the parks daily for my son to eat, and I was expecting one as it is listed as an amenity for the room. The one in the room didn't work; they said it was a "old minibar." They brought one up, that looked just as old as the one we had, and didn't remove the old one so it ended up taking up even more space in our unbearably tiny room. The settings they set for me froze everything overnight. So no safe food for my son at the parks. I should also mention that since you have to BUY not borrow the pool floats, you have to keep them in the room, blown up, taking up a ton more space. They didn't fit under the beds. The toiletries smelled nice, there was plenty of service (tipping every second). II can't complain about the staff - I was impressed at how friendly the staff was. A real training success for the place. I just was disappointed at all the incidental charges (just charge me more for the room and give me free WiFi, free floats, and free self-parking, for goodness sakes), how tiny the room was, and how the fridge and toilet didn't work. I would never stay here again.
