The JW is connected to the Ritz, so you have twice the choices and superb service. the lazy river with an inner tube and a cocktail are not to be missed! Could not get into the Primo restaurant without a reservation, but the food and wine selection at Citron were excellant.

The hotel is a beautiful oasis resort, with good restaurants, nice rooms, a lovely walk around the manmade lake and a nice "Lazy River" pool. Very good onsite fitness facility with lots of cardio and weight equipment. The rooms are a nice size and the bathrooms are quite large. The restaurants are a bit pricy for families so I suggest families drive elsewhere for dinner (there are no other restaurants in walking distance - this is an oasis!). I was there for a conference and brought along husband and 5-year-old son. The conference facilities were very comfortable and well run and my family enjoyed the on-site Starbucks. We all enjoyed the wonderful "Lazy River" pool, which is heated and large. There is also a playground for kids. We had a delicious dinner at the Vineyard Grill restaurant at the Ritz, where the staff treated my son like a king and gave him toys to play with and keep. Nice touch.

The JW Marriott delivered this week. We had a conference and the staff made the meeting a success. From check in to check out, everything went perfectly.
The lobby bar is spacious and their are two good restaurants for lunch.
The hotel is surrounded by great restaurants that are only ten minutes away.
There is a FedEx office on site too.
The Ritz golf course is only a short walk away from the JWM.
The entire property is very nice. It would be a great place for a vacation too.

Check-in was fast, friendly, and efficient. Rooms are not that large but adequate with good sized bathrooms. I really enjoyed their beddings and thinking of buying them from shopmarriot.com. Their roll away bed was also very comfortable.
It is a plus that guests are allowed to use some of the amenities at Ritz-Carlton located next to it.
The numerous pools and lazy river in a tropical lush setting was the best of our stay. We (hubby, 3 kids & myself) stayed 2nd week of december before the holiday travels, so, hotel was not crowded. It was like we had a pool to ourselves everyday.
The game room is a tiny room with just a few games.
Hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful at all times and places.
We ate mostly off property as there are many options close by.
The premium outlet mall is also not too far away and has lots of good buys. Too bad we went there on owr way to the airport as we were leaving and did not have much time to shop.
This is a beautiful hotel and we will be staying here again next time we are in Orlando.
