This modest hotel is located near Universal. The shuttle bus might be a selling point to some but it only has 4 round trips each day. Parking is only $9 at Universal and for that amount, we didn't want to worry about missing the bus or waiting for the bus. We stayed in a one-room suite and that was just enough for a family with two teenage sons. One stayed in the "living room" on the pull out and the other stayed with us on one of the two-double beds. Both rooms have TVs. There is only one bathroom and that's a drawback. I would have preferred the two-bedroom suite but none were available. There is a kitchen as well. The elevator (one) was quite slow. That's it for the drawbacks. There is free-internet access in the rooms and a computer for guest use (with a printer) in the "business center." There is a decent game room and work-out room. The highlight is the breakfast. This wasn't your standard hotel continental breakfast ... it was a full meal and quite impressive. Monday to Thursday, they also have a modest dinner with beer and wine. If you are on a budget and/or want to save money for the parks, this is the place for you. You can have a big breakfast and then put a few muffins and donuts away and save them for snacks. Even if you are not on a budget, this is a nice place for a family.

LOVED this hotel. The staff was wonderful and I would absolutely stay here again. I brought three children and we had plenty of room. The complimentary breakfast was CLUTCH....saved a ton of money on feeding them. Didn't make the "managers reception" (free dinner and wine Mon-Thurs!) but it looked lively. The pool was a bit boring....closed early (10pm) and they didn't have any backgroung music. The place would definitely be 100% if they added a tiki bar for us weary parents to enjoy while the kids are swimming! The "business center" and work out room were really great extras and almost make up for the lack of restaurant or lounge, and throw in free parking, great location, and a pristine room and you've got a heck of a great place! Would recommend to ANYBODY...business, pleasure. kids or not.

My wife and I came to this hotel since our other hotel didnt have any electricity during Hurricane Charley. we stayed here for three nights until august the 17th 2004. It is a VERY nice hotel. LARGE clean rooms with EVERYTHING you need. The hotel is perfectly located for those on vacation in Orlando. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

The only (not so) bad thing is the breakfast that allways was missing something due to the many visitors, but we got everything we wanted ayway.
And again, you cant choose a better location if you are in Orlando for vacation. The beds are allso 100 % perfect, not the usual rock hard hotel beeds, but beds that acually forms after your body, Really high quality beds. We have never sleept in better beds in the USA.

Final words: You cant go wrong with this hotel :-)
