Excellent! We enjoyed the spacious rooms and full kitchen allowed us to save money on dinners. Only a few blocks from Disney World entrance. Very peaceful, nice pool. The next time we go to Disney World we will be staying here!!

We read the negative reviews and were a little intimidated. We stayed in a one bedroom. I get the dissatisfaction with the size. It is very small, especially the living area. We didn't spend much time in there, other than to make coffee and drop our bags when we came in. The resort was very nice and clean. The pool area was great, the hot tub clean and inviting after a long day of being out on our feet. The bathroom extremely large, with a great walk in Shower, and toilet room. The balcony small, but, for us overlooked the pool. We were on the 5th floor. The bed was comfy. The timeshare people don't bug you if you unplug the phone. The convenience to restaurants and Disney were great. I strongly advice you finding a way to utilize the Palm Parkway in and out of the resort as 535 gets backed up. This time of year, we were shocked at how congested the area was. We arrived October 30th. Most of the tourist this time of year were not of american decent, and could use a lesson in manners, both driving and walking in shopping outlets. Some may find that offensive, but we felt stressed after a day out at the outlet malls, from having to dodge people. All and all the resort was beautiful. If comparing it to a hotel room, it was awesome, if comparing the one bedroom to a larger condo, you might be disappointed. One huge negative for us, was that we felt in this day and age all resorts should offer free high speed internet. I was very thankful for my phone which had access to the internet. There was no wireless signal.

The grounds were well kept. The property had a basketball court, BBQ,and a nice gym. The one bedroom with kitchen is very small, the biggest room in this suite was the bathroom area.. Spend the extra for a two bedroom. The front desk is there t.o check you in and out.

We travelled to Orlando and decided to stay off International Drive as on previous trips we stayed on I Drive and found it a little congested!! Cypress point was a great location with walking distance to several shops and resturants around Buena Vista. Bus services also excellent to parks and I Drive.
On arrival we found staff very pleasant and we were checked in reasonably quickly compared to previous years (where you are left waiting in queues at hotels for up to an hour). Having said that when we got to our room we were pretty shocked the room smelt damp and when we opened the curtains we found we were practically sitting in the main carpark. I went to reception and explained I was not happy and within minutes was given another room. When booking never ask for ground floor!!!
The second room was excellent and very clean.
We had a 2 bedroomed apt and there was plenty of room. The living room bed also folds down into a queen size bed.
We would definately go back to Cypress point and would recommend it to anyone visiting Orlando.

The front desk staff should be more polite and cordial.

We stayed in the Grand Villas for 2 weeks in late September. We really enjoyed our stay. During the 1st week my wife and I had a 1 bedroom and during the 2nd week we had a 2 bedroom across the hall. Much prefer the 2 bedroom even though it was not a remodeled room. The 1 bdrm was only OK because of the living room/kitchen area - it felt like an studio. TV (nice flat screen) was hung from the ceiling and next to A/C unit - had to turn the volume way up when unit ran. There was no dishwasher in the unit and minimal storage in kitchen. (We used this as our excuse to eat out every night!) The unit seemed to have been remodeled. Bath was huge and had large closet. The bedroom was modest size with very comfortable bed.
2 bedroom unit was huge in comparison and quite functional. The carpet could be replaced but otherwise everything was clean and in good shape.
We had good service. Replacement towels were provided when requested and we were allowed to remain in the 1st unit until the 2nd was ready - the advantages of the off-season. Parking was fine. We spent alot of time at the pool which had plenty of chairs and shade. In fact the deli at the pool just started providing free WiFi which worked well.
We enjoyed our stay and are hoping to go back next Fall and stay longer if I can work the points.
