Our firm has held its annual meeting at the Ritz-Carlton Grande Lake for several years. We continue to return because everything about the facility is superb. Its world class staff make every guest feel like royalty. The rooms are large, well appointed and comfortable. The desk is adjacent to a large power strip mounted on the wall making it easy to plug in multiple smartphones and laptops? The restaurants are top notch. The pool and cabanas are spotless and easily accessible. A massage at the spa is relaxing and staffed by well trained professionals. This is a fantastic facility from top to bottom.

Accomodaions exactly what we have come to expect from the Ritz. Staff at the front is great, dinning room staff is wonderful. After day one they know your name.
Towels were plush, bedding very comfortable, very clean, nice size rooms. View very pretty across the lake over the golf course.
Tip: Depending on your package, the Hotel may provide a free shuttle to and from the hotel from the airport.
Tip: The hotel provides a free shuttle to the Universal Theme parks. Use it in the morning and then catch a cab at the waiting line at Universal when you want return to the Ritz.
The hotel will also call a limo for you but the limo drivers ( and we had four different ones) were not well versed in different attractions in Orlando. In short, two of them got lost...
Tip: take a 'free' bottle of water from the front desk or the guys at the front doors when ever you leave the hotel...its hot in Orlando. Also, in the morning, there is sun screen available from the bell hops at the front door.
Tip: take the breakfast package if you are planning on eating there. Otherwise breakfast will cost approx $70 a day for the buffet

This hotel lives up to the usual Ritz standards. Room was a little small but very clean and well maintained. There were no King size beds available. I had a room with two Executive beds. This are standard full size beds. The two beds take up a lot of space so the room is a little tight. The daily service and turn down service is always special at these hotels. If you use the coffee pot once, the next time your room is serviced, the coffee is set out with a bottle of water to fill the pot, and the cup there and ready. It is these little touches that make it a pleasure to stay at Ritz hotels. The staff is always well trained and very very courteous and helpful, from the valet parking attendants to the front desk and concierge.

We've had many enjoyable stays at different Ritz-Carlton properties before but this stay was by far the best. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Every person that worked there was great with kids and made them feel special. The room was spacious and the bathroom beautiful. Gorgeous view from the balcony of the lakes. You'll enjoy the pools because by staying here, you have access to three nice pools including the lazy river at the JW Marriott next door.
