“Go karts rock - staff is excellent - fun for all - nice sitting areas for those not racing”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 26, 2013

Excellent for teen agers and any younger kids who want to drive a car. For all - you put on a face mask (clean) and then a full rider helmet with flip mask - there are two tracks. For the young ones (we saw a girl who could not have been over 6) they get a full scale (same look) go kart that goes fast but not unsafe - the staff was excellent with them and helped coach them on how to drive and helped when there were the inevitable spinouts - the staff also controls all cars for slowing them / stopping them when needed during an accident (multiple cars in a mix spinouts). For the adults, the karts go up to 50 mph (you can't tell for sure, but boy are they fast!!! One track is very fast, and the other track has tight turns that work you out. The staff monitors the race and has slower drivers get out of the way of the fast ones - not many rules and they were casual about people riding hard / fast. The staff gets an A+!!! One of our younger members did not want to get bumped by non family members, and they helped us out by allowing just our family to race and not have non-family bumping each other. Fantastic and we will be going back again. The race results sheet is very cool, and you get one for each race - we did four races and really enjoyed it.

“Racing against yourself”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 3, 2013

My seven year old sone dreams of being a race car driver, so last week in Florida, on a rainy day, we took him and his best buddy to race here. It was a bit expensive ($35 a piece) but the kids had the time of their lives. They got to drive the cars themselves. And once their race was done, they go a print out of their times. My son was very upset when his buddy's time was less than his. I told him he was racing against his first two races so he did get a better time. His buddys dad took a spin around the course and said he knows how he will be spending his free time the next two weeks while he is in Tampa on business as they have two tracks there. It is nice because being in doors the weather will not affect it, and it was great and safe for little ones like we have.

“AMAZING”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 18, 2013

Most importantly.... I CAME 1ST

Right down to business

i have been twice in 2weeks.... that might say something

First time i visted i was not happy i was made to pay $5 to register, espically when i am members at others around UK ext and none in UK have ever made me pay... - This might of been my first and last experience, so its not fair for tour people, but suppose its how they get money.

the staff are ace and very friendly and shown me around the karts and explained what everything meant for my safety.

One thing the speed is controlled by a track thing which then makes it safe for all age groups and they only give u the power you can handle, if u show u can handle it and ur not spinning they will give you more time. the karts can go quiet fast. you get a print out at the end too which is good, especially seeing your name first :D

“Great fun for the family”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 9, 2013 via mobile

First time visit so was not happy having to play a $5.00 registration fee for each person for a one off experience as we are visiting from England. If you go karting the price is ok, but then all Karting is over priced. The staff where very welcoming and told us all we needed to know about the safety and the cars, the track staff we very helpful, first time on electric cars, speed is controlled by the track controller, as this can be a family track as well it's good for safety. The cars went very fast and you get a Print out of your race at the end,

“quite pricey but nice”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed August 31, 2013

visited the grad prix arena in mid-august 2013...

it has a nice ambience and the staff were quite professional and nice; the cars run on electricity (that was a first for me!) and can be controlled centrally by the admin guys.. so if there is an accident on the track, they stop all the cars. nice touch.

but it was unreasonably pricey.... couldnt quite make sense of the costing honestly. but we did have a nice time there.

so in one sentence... quite pricey but nice.
