The customer service is seriously lacking and their being unorganized left a lot to be desired. We waited in line for about 1/2 hour just to purchase our tickets. Then we had to wait an hour and a half for our first and only run. Racing the carts were a lot of fun but the poor service really took away from the whole experience. Would have loved to buy more runs but we ran out of time as the wait time in-between the next race was crazy. My husband and adult nephew raced and said they'd return IF those responsible for daily operations would get their act together. Here's hoping our message gets to the right ears at the Orlando Grand Prix. The carts do not go up to 50 MPH as their marketing and brochures boast. Our group stated the most their carts went were 25 MPH at the most. Hubby and nephew had a lot of fun when on the carts, don't get me wrong...but left thinking they'll find a different go carting experience on our next trip to Central Florida.
