Myself and 3 others stayed at this resort from Nov 10-17. Had a fast and easy check in. There was a security guard, Barry, who was in the lobby. He gave us great advice on the area like places to go and directions on getting around. He was quick to get us to our room and would not even take a tip!
We had a 2 bedroom suite. The place was very clean and not an item out of place. The kitchen area was excellent and we took advantage of it. Housekeeping was in every day and gave us clean towels, made the beds and even dis the few dishes we had around.
We spent a couple of evenings in the pool to relax after many hours of shopping. Most times we were aone.
The resort was very quiet for those of us who don't have kids as this understandably often occurs.
Cannot say enough good about the staff and the resort. Had a great stay and will definately stay again. Close to shopping and restaurants.
Only negative thing I can say was that we recieved a phone call from a lady called Millie? who told us we needed to come to the front desk immediately to sign a maintenance form. Turns out she was up to no good with timeshares. She made it sound very urgent and my friends went to see what was going on. She was very rude and condescending to say the least. At one point when one of the girls with me was talking to her she walked away. After they got back to the room Millie and another guy were down below our balcony looking uop at us. Not sure what her game was but her behavior was not appreciated and unlike any other we experienced during her stay.
