I travel for a living and I have to say I have never felt more welcome than I did when I checked-in to this hotel. The two front desk employees - Lauren and Philip - were slammed, in all honesty; but they were doing a great job getting through the line of people while still smiling. When it was finally my turn (about 15 mins) I was the last person in line and they checked me in while making me feel right at home, cracking jokes like we were old friends. All the laughter and smiles made me forget about the wait. These two should be a comedy act!!!!!!! - and on top of that they are GREAT at their jobs. I swear saw Lauren at the desk every single time I passed by and she knew who I was and recalled a previous conversation, very welcoming.

The breakfast staff is GREAT also, I do not envy their jobs - keeping droves of hungry people happy. But they will take the time to help you find a table and make small talk. Very friendly.

Mike the night bartender was also very friendly. The grill could use some menu-updating but the food is not in anyway "bad".

The only thing I need to say is that the taxi company the hotel uses is not a metered service. They have set rates - but if you ask ahead of time they will tell you how much it will cost. I don't know if I was getting ripped off or not - but the prices didn't seem unreasonable, and I felt better using a taxi company the hotel was familiar with. The drivers were all very friendly.

I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this hotel. Thanks for a great stay!

Decided to go after reading the reviews, but was disappointed. Charged a different rate than what was committed on phone, older rooms, smelly carpets.

Really, really close to Seaworld. The evening front desk staff (Dreiss??) was great, funny and very helpful. The breakfast was wonderful but a bit crowded during spring break. Only real complaint, the room did not look as nice as the photos on the website. One of the few places that allow 5 people to a room. Would stay here again.

This hotel had all it takes to have a great vacation! We did a Sea World vacation and we were honestly a hop, skip, and a jump from Sea World. The staff was VERY helpful and the room was nice and comfortable too! The hot breakfast was delicious! I would defintely stay here again!
