If you are coming to Orlando on Business, I would be careful about staying at this property.

It is very family friendly but does not offer some amenities that you might expect from a Hilton property on a business trip. This includes good internet connection, room service, a business center, etc. The internet service is TERRIBLE. Probably the worst I have seen in a hotel in a long time. I believe the management knows this but it is outsourced and they seem not to be able to fix it. I was there 7 days and had so many problems, as did all of my co-workers staying there. They kept telling me that it was my computer. The business center is horrible and there is no room service.

The rooms are comfortable and very big. The pools looked very nice.

Also- one thing that was annoying was the parking. It was inconvenient coming back into the hotel as you had to enter your hotel key into a slot in order to enter even though the guard could clearly see the Hilton parking tag hanging in your car.

Stayed for 1 week and was not disappointed. Room was perfect. The place must be very new as all furnishings were in excellent condition. Plenty of space in the rooms. Toilets, bathrooms and jaccuzzi were very clean and good size. Staff were very friendly, probably the best I have experienced at a location in Florida (been quite a few times).
Very easy to access all the parks and International drive which is becoming less "tacky" now.
It lacked free internet access. Lifts were a bit slow but OK. Plenty of parking and easy to get in and out. Tennis court for those who want it. Swimming pool area with some shade to get out of the midday heat. Also an on site shop with enough supplies but they are always a touch more expensive than local shops.

We just loved this resort. It was very clean and comfortable. The room was great. Big kitchen and washer/dryer was very convenient. The grounds were well maintained. Lots to do for everyone. We stayed at the resort for 2 solid days just doing the activities. It was great. Pool, ping pong, shuffleboard, movies, activities, grocery story, starbucks, the list goes on. Our son has severe allergies and every precaution was taken to ensure he was comfortable in the room. All it took was a quick call to a Manager prior to our checking in the week before. Gated resort was comforting as well. We were very impressed. Would stay here again.

Tip: If you are a light sleeper stay away from the rooms facing the highway and Sea World. The traffic was so loud that you couldn't sit on your beautiful screened in balcony :( Traffic started at about 6 AM right into the night. It did wake us up. Also, fire station right next door. Try to stay in the inner room to the resort and it will be great.

We stayed at this hotel twice in March. Each time we booked a king bedroom suite. We were pleased with the size of the rooms and the facilities. The first stay was fairly good, although the room safe did not work. I complained several times but nothing was done. However, our second stay was ruined by a wake-up call at 3.45 a.m. in the morning which I had not asked for. I had great problems getting back to sleep and ended up falling asleep during a show in Busch Gardens because I felt so tired. When I complained to a manager, he suggested that someon'es children must have asked for the wake-up call as a prank. My complaint was not taken seriously. I am amazed that the hotel accepts requests for wake up calls from children.
