I took my family of 6 to visit Disney and Epcot etc. I am a Hilton Diamond member because of spending so much time in one of their hotels last year for work. I stayed at the Hilton in Disney because of my diamond status. I was very happy with the hotel staff, concierge and overall friendliness of all involved. They went out of their way to get us a joining room so that all of us could be together. They also organized a breakfast with Pooh at Disney and lunch with the Disney princesses. Even the room service was great, albeit expensive.
My only complaint on this trip would be the outdated bathrooms. I booked this hotel because I was told that it was updated not long ago however the space in the bathroom was very small and there was definitely room for improvement from a cleanliness perspective.
Other than this one thing, it was a dream vacation. Even the beds were comfortable. My children enjoyed the pool and all the amenities. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

How could the previous reviewer rate this hotel highly without even visiting the pool? Give me a break. This hotel is nowhere near being a 5 star and from this experienced business traveller, it rates at best a 3. The restaurants are average fare but steep. The rooms are deteriorating especially the bathroom and carpets. The pool is OK. And watch your bill for charges that appear that belong to someone else. Although the staff do their best, average service doesn't make up for the below average accomodations.

We stayed at this hotel in May while visiting the WDW parks and Sea World. We arrived very tired sometime past midnight after a long flight coming from Europe. Well, arriving at the hotel we had to carry all our luggage (we were travelling with a small child) ourselves since there was no porter or doorman at this time. Once we arrived at the reception, the gentleman told us that they had only one small room available and not upgrades although I was told when booking just a few days before that they were not booked out and there should be upgrades available (we have diamond status). The room was definetely not one of their new ones and seemed to have seen better times and the cleansers could have been done a better job. However, we were too tired to make a big fuss about it. Anyway, the next morning I was really not happy with the room and I talked to a very friendly and helpful lady concierge at the executive floor and she immediately organized us an upgrade to a suite. Well, from then on, our stay was just fantastic! The room and bathroom were spotless clean, very big and spacious and lovely furnished. We always had breakfast at the executive lounge and I found the breakfast good, obvioulsly they dont serve eggs and warm stuff but there were always enough fruits, pastry, bagels and toasts, cereal etc. For every request we had for the baby and or us the staff (the waiters and the concierge on the executive floor) were very helpful. Also, we bought the tickets at the hotel which would save us the queue at the park. We used the shuttle service and it was very good. The location is great, walking distance to Disney Downtown and a short ride to the parks.
The swimming pool is very big and lovley. Enough chairs and towels available, even late at night.

I went about 8 months ago with my sister and her husband. He was there for business. I thought the hotel staff was very nice. The rooms were nice and clean. The beds were quite comfortable. I loved the resturaunts. On some mornings we sat down and ate a nice breakfast there, but other days when we didn't have a lot of time, we just grabbed a muffin or something from the pastery bar. It was very delicious. We didn't get a chance to go to the pool, but it looked very nice. Overall this is a great hotel, and I would definelely recommend it!
