We found a great rate on HIlton's website for the Memorial Day weekend for a short Disney Trip. We had stayed here a few years ago and found it to be great. Well time and usage have taken a toll on this hotel. We paid the extra fee for the Executive Level; do not waste your money. Our King room was remodeled and fairly clean except for the odd brown stains on the wallpaper near the bed. The teeny tiny bathroom was circa 1970's and dingy; it must have been recaulked for leaks a thousand times. Is housekeeping blind? Clean the wallpaper or call someone?! We recevied the usual Hilton Honors Upgrades. Beware of the line for the Executive Level Buffet; it was backed up into the elevator corridor. We waited in line for the poorly stocked continental buffett while other rude guest cut into the line. Finally, we went to the Conciere's desk and quitely complained about the line and the shortage of food. He acknowledged that they had underestimated the amount of guests for that weekend. During the last holiday, they had to open a ballroom to accomodate the buffett. So he gave us coupons for free breakast at the restaraunt in the lobby because we were Hilton Honors Memebers. Not the usual Hilton Quality by any means. We were disappointed.
