We found a great rate on HIlton's website for the Memorial Day weekend for a short Disney Trip. We had stayed here a few years ago and found it to be great. Well time and usage have taken a toll on this hotel. We paid the extra fee for the Executive Level; do not waste your money. Our King room was remodeled and fairly clean except for the odd brown stains on the wallpaper near the bed. The teeny tiny bathroom was circa 1970's and dingy; it must have been recaulked for leaks a thousand times. Is housekeeping blind? Clean the wallpaper or call someone?! We recevied the usual Hilton Honors Upgrades. Beware of the line for the Executive Level Buffet; it was backed up into the elevator corridor. We waited in line for the poorly stocked continental buffett while other rude guest cut into the line. Finally, we went to the Conciere's desk and quitely complained about the line and the shortage of food. He acknowledged that they had underestimated the amount of guests for that weekend. During the last holiday, they had to open a ballroom to accomodate the buffett. So he gave us coupons for free breakast at the restaraunt in the lobby because we were Hilton Honors Memebers. Not the usual Hilton Quality by any means. We were disappointed.

We just returned from a 4 night stay at this hotel. I loved the proximity to Downtown Disney. It was only a short walk to the Marketplace. Our room was on the 9th floor with 2 double beds. The room was clean, nicely appointed with 2 sink areas (great for mom) and the beds were reasonably comfortable. We requested a mini refrigerator when we checked in. It did not get delivered until the next day. The pool area was great. On our first night they showed a movie (high school musical) at the pool. My 10yr old loved that. My biggest gripe about our stay was the quality of A\C in our room. It just did not get cold enough for me. We complained at front desk and the clerk acted as if she was humoring me by calling maintenance. She made a comment about Florida being a warm vacation spot. I was quick to tell her I am from south louisiana, i know what hot weather is...Anyway, they never got the A\C to work as well as we thought it should have. I thought it was a nice hotel but i would not go out of my way to stay there again.

We booked this hotel about 3 months in advance for a 6-night stay. When we arrived, the room we were confirmed for was not available so we got stuck in a room on the executive level where the shower didn't work, the taps dripped all night and it was not very clean. Of minor note, the ice machines on that fllor weren't working and leakin water all over the floor. The next day we were moved to a more suitable room. Due to business, we discovered we could only stay 5 nights and advised the front desk we would be checking out the next day. That was fine, we were out of our room by 11 and settled up the bill after getting the clerk to remove several erroneous charges to our room from the lobby bar (which we never went to.) When I arrived home, there was an additional charge on my credit card for the extra night. Apparently their "policy" is to charge you for what you originally booked and no amount of discussion to any level of management could get any reasonable response. Legalized theft is what I call it.

Other than that, the place is very overpriced from the quality of rooms to the restaurants to the pool bar. Staff are friendly but that doesn't compensate for getting ripped off. Avoid it.

I stayed at this hotel with my 9 year old son for a last minute getaway...got a great rate for a club level room. The location is excellent, right across the street from Downtown Disney, and it participates in the extra morning or evening hours just the same as the on site Disney hotels. We didn't have any trouble with the shuttle buses...they were on time and no more or less crowded than the other Disney buses get...it all depends on your time of travel! The rooms are on the small side of average, but clean and in good shape. The bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and in good working order even if it was a bit dated. I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend this hotel to others!

Stayed for one night on business. The place is pricey for what you get. I had a special deal including breakfast which otherwise is expensive $15 . There is no free internet which considering the price is appalling. The location is hwever very convenient for the Downtown disney area. It is a 5 min max walk and if you ask for a room with a Downtown Disney view, high floor, quite nice. The rooms are standard fare for a Hilton and nothing special. I have stayed in Courtyard Marriotts which are as good and less expensive. In fact at the time I went , The embassy suites were more expensive !. The bar is often full with conventioners and the pool area at night can be noisy . Reception stafff helpful and concierge also very good. Overall it is an expensive option with no real benefits over the less expensive non chain local hotels. The residence Inn at Seaworld is better for less but not as convenient.
