We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. It's great to be able to put the kids down and still do things in the main room. The bedrooms are very large and the bathrooms are too. The kitchenette is very small- tiny microwave and refrigerator. You can't really use it to cook but we used it for heating up bottles and keeping milk. The sink is really just a small bar sink- no garbage disposal. They could also use a bigger trash can in the kitchen area. The rooms are definitely on the old side and one bedroom had a slight damp, musty smell but everything seemed very clean and well kept. Room service was a problem the night we were there. First we could not get anyone to pick up and then when we finally did, they said it would be over 2 hours so we went to McDonalds instead. The pool was great for the kids. Had a kiddie pool and the main pool has steps as well which made it nice for the kids. The playground is tiny, but the kids enjoyed it. There is also a game room but we didn't make it there. Most of the staff was great. We did have an issue getting a bellman to help us with our luggage the morning we checked out and we ended up taking it all down ourselves. There is a coin laundry on site which is nice if you have kids. We did not use the shuttle and we drove down to Downtown Disney since it was getting near dinnertime, but you could easily walk in 10-15 minutes. This is definitely a good hotel for families.
