Using the experience and knowledge from our previous stay at this hotel, we booked it once again. We were on a grown-ups trip and the location was perfect for outlet shopping, ridiculously close to everything we could need for dining, etc. We learned from past experiences though and we made use of the "traffic card" for the breakfast room (we were in and out without any crowd issues), we asked for a room in the corner on the highest floor possible and we avoided the peak kids pool time. The hotel was busy but the staff at the front desk were excellent. Quick check in, quick check out, I loved the reminder to spend my remaining credit,and I did this happily, LOL. The rooms that we had were very clean, very quiet and appeared to have been well maintained. We had no issues getting extra bedding as needed.

This is the third year my family and I have stayed at the Marriott Village at LBV. We have stayed at the Suites for two of these visits. The staff, have always been friendly and pleasant. The rooms we have been given have always been clean and serviced to a good standard. The kids love the pool area which has able sun beds, chairs and towels.
The property has a great location, only minutes from Downtown Disney and the Parks, Premium Outlets virtually next door and easy access whether walking or driving to numerous restaurants.
The rooms have a fridge, micro wave and spate food preparation area if required. There is also a large Wal-Mart just a short drive towards Kissimmee.
Good quality at a reasonable price, in a good location, what else do you need in Orlando.

I recently stayed one night in this hotel and was pleasantly surprised. The condition of the room was great - spacious sitting area too. The only thing I wasn't crazy about was the breakfast which was more limited than I remember other hotels with this chain. The hot food wasn't very attractive so I stayed with the cold. In my opinion, this hotel is better than than the Fairfield Inn. Have never stayed at the Courtyard in that area.

For the price, I would look elsewhere. The rooms are needing updates. The sheets on the bed had old stains. The grounds are nice, and the staff was fine, nothing special. One plus, this is a quiet hotel and the rooms are fairly soundproof.
