The hotel is ideally located - close to the highway (I-4) and a very short drive to the Disney parks. The rooms are decent and pretty good size. Housekeeping does a decent job, but are often inconsistent with replacing the little shower bottles, lotion, and towels as well as cleaning the bathroom. When in Orlando for a theme park spree the guests need a very helpful and knowledgeable front-desk staff at the hotel and SpringHill Marriott provides one with just that. It also has a quality fitness center, great pool area, a very decent free breakfast, free coffee at the lobby, very helpful free wifi too!
The location worked out great for me to relax in the evening after the hectic theme. The hotel is located in walking distance of some lovely eateries, night clubs, pubs like Bahama Breeze, Carrabba's Italian Grill, and The Golden Corral. There are departmental stores, fun zones and even a helicopter tour operator just a block away from the hotel.

Always stay here on business. Booked 3 rooms and even though I am a platinum member did not honor the king size bed in all 3 rooms. Hotel is run down from all the traffic it receives. 2nd night a bus of kids came in at 11 am. Suffice it tio say security was called to calm them down in the hallways. 3rd night more people checked in at 11:45 pm and were racing up and down the halls. I had to tell them to calm down. The free breakfast is similar to a college cafeteria or an army cafeteria. Ended going to Starbucks each day as the cafeteria was crowded with kids. Fitness center was ok. Rooms were adequate but ask for extra blankets. Towels not great. Plentyof parking. Since this is one of the biggest SpringHill's they should have a quiet wing on one of the floor instead of putting groups of kids next to business travelers.

We stay at the Marriott Village frequently, having spent nights at all three of the Marriott properties located here. This was our second stay at the Springhill Suites. The rooms here are very comfortable, the additional seating space which could be used for sleeping is so handy when you have a group. The front desk staff on my visit was friendly and responsive. Yes, this hotel is very active with families, it is less than 5 mins from Disney, however we didn't experience any noise in the hallways and we retired early in the evening due to having to attend an event in the very early morning hours. We did experience a problem with the water temperature, despite being on warm, throughout the shower, the temperature would change to almost scaldling. I advised the front desk and they quickly dispatched a mantenance person. Unfortunately, upon describing and actually showing him the problem, he didn't understand English enough to get the problem. He thought I was moving the shower handle back and forth. My concern was a child could be seriously injured and wanted to bring it to the hotel's attention. So showers were a bit difficult if the water suddenly shifted to HOT when you had your hands/head full of shampoo. I advised the front desk staff again upon check out. The downsize to the hotel, and it is totally out of their control, is the traffic on Vineland Road. Only other comment is in regards to being a Marriott Rewards Member. I have my preferences set for extra towels. I stay 10+ nights most years at Marriott properties and almost never have the extra towels, always end up having to call and ask them to be brought. Not sure why they have a preference page on the member profile if they are not going to try and meet the request. That being said, if you are visiting WDW, this hotel would be an excellent choice.

Took the red eye to orlando and didnt arrive at the hotel till 3am. I come to find out the front desk is not open over night and i had to check in at the courtyard next door. Finialy at the front desk i found out i am not even at the right springhill suits hotel. Luckly the frontdesk agent Nilo was able to call the other location and took care of getting everything transfered over and at the same rate!! After everything i couldnt want to just lay down.
The location is amazing, i walked to panara morning, and just mins from Disney as well as Seaworld.
The room was a standard Suit nothing special just a place to sleep with sofa, king bed, flat screen tv, microwave, small fridge.
Workout gym was small but if you go early you have it to yourself and had everything i needed.
When the Frontdesk is open lauren was AMAZING!! every time i needed something even something small she was great, and i wanted to make sure i said thanks to Glenn who always has places to go in the overnight hours.

Over all i great place and I am glad I ended up at the wrong hotel
