“Very good value hotel”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 30, 2013

We stayed here on our second visit to Orlando when we wanted two connected rooms. We'd previously stayed at the Courtyard next door.
This is a very comfortable and friendly hotel and is part of the Marriott Village meaning that there are shared facilities available to use.
The complementary breakfast was very popular especially with families heading off early to parks, albeit the plates and bowls were polystyrene which was kind of cheap! The food however was very good, both hold and cold selections.
If you are a family on a budget and want extra space for teenagers to have their own room then this is perfect!

We got a really good weekday rate practically across the street from Disney property entrance. The room was quiet....but not much of a view. The property needs a facelift - I'm sure its from sheer use - there was plenty of patrons in the hotel - and the hallways were being painted when we were there, so maybe the facelift has already begun. Springhill Suites and Courtyard are on both sides and there's a nice common area with Pizza Hut, Starbucks, etc. Bahama Breeze across the parking lot (literally) was great and there was a steak place, a seafood restaurant, (and a Golden Corral) also within easy walking distance.

Room Tip: Go high and ask for pool view....otherwise you'll be looking at the parking lot.

There certainly is not anything spectacular about this hotel, but cannot imagine anyone being disappointed by staying here unless you are looking for something luxurious. Breakfast area was huge, although the selection was average. Room was clean and of good size. Had stayed twice at the Couryard next door before. After experiencing both hotels, I would probably choose the FFI, unless the Courtyard has a better rate. Our rate was great at $99 with the fourth night credited at checkout.

My family has stayed at this hotel on several occasions for our trips to Disney. Our most recent visit was on 1/4/13 and it was one of the best. We had three rooms and all were ready when we arrived and all were close to each other as requested. Rooms were clean and quiet and front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is free of charge and there is plenty to choose from to get your day started. We usually transfer to a Disney property for most of our stay but this place always gets our Disney World experience off to a good start. Only draw-back is the automobile traffic is really heavy around the hotel in the late-afternoon, early-evening times but we will be back!

Great area very close to shopping outlet. Rooms cleaned and towels changed every day. Staff very helpful. Would recommend to family and friends. The village contains a Starbucks, Pizza Hut and shop which are very handy. Breakfast is Buffet style with plenty on offer to cater for most tastes.

The hotel is close to Disney and there are many restaurants in the area. And it is very close to the outlet mall. The breakfast was great and staff were really nice.

The overall stay was good and the price was nice (stay 4 nights and one free night offer). few comments though - Towels and pillows were "thin" and I noticed dust in few areas (e.g. closet hanger rod - ah..I sound weird...) My preference is a firm bed, but the bed was very soft. It's just my preference : )

BTW, couple travelers mentioned the hotel offers shuttle to Disney, which is not true. I hoped for it but they charge $7 round trip. Some other fairfield inns offer free shuttle, but definitely not this hotel. When in doubt, call to check.

Stayed here for three nights in January to watch my crazy daughter and son-in-law run in the Disney Marathon. I would definitely recommend this property. Room was clean, has a flat screen TV and the internet worked great. The hotel was extremely quiet and I never heard anyone in any other rooms. Parking was ample-hint: if the parking in front of the hotel is full just drive around to the back where there will be plenty of spaces and a hotel entrance. I never woke up in time to have the free breakfast but must say that the seating area is much, much larger and decorated much nicer than most Fairfields/Courtyards. Free print outs of boarding pass in the business center. There is a mini food court in the hotel for the guests at all three Marriotts here which has a decent selection of snacks and food if you want something close by. If you take a right turn out of the hotel entrance, drive a half mile mile or less to SR 535 (Apopka Vineland Road) and go right ( north) there are tons of restaurants, all within 5 minutes of the hotel.
