Great place, clean, friendly. Walking distance to restraunts and shopping. You can take a fee shuttle from the hotel to any parks, which was nice. Breakfast was cold food nothing we wanted. The beds are extremely hard. Still would stay here again. It was great for the price.

We stayed at this hotel over Thanksgiving holiday. The staff are very accommodating, property is average though a little worn given the amount of turnover it gets. Nice pool area, large - but sometimes crowded - breakfast (free) area. The downside of this property is location. There's a lot of traffic on Vineland as well as 535, whether on a holiday weekend or not. If your destination is Disney, then there are other choices a little closer that may be worth looking in to.

Room Tip: Family suites are a good choice with kids. The partitioned area has a bunk (double below, twin top...

A budget hotel in a good location. We were planning orginally to stay for three nights while visiting Disney. The family suite we had could sleep five, with a king and bunkbeds. However, we decided to move to another more exoensive hotel next door under Marriott as the room was too small. There was barely enough space to put our luggages. There was hardly room to move about. cleanliness was mediocre only. Hotel was busy and noisy with lots of kids and teenages. We expected that as it was during holiday season. Breakfast was ok. Services at reception were good. Staffs were helpful and assisted to change hotel.
Location was great for disney and shopping.

Excellent hotel, good location, nearby Downtown Disney, and with lots of restuarants on the premises (Golden Corral / Bahama Breeze or very close by, meaning walking distance (Longhorn / Lonestar / Panera / Carrabbas). Pool is ok, but you can use the much nices pool at the Courtyard. Free Breakfast, but be sure to arrive soon, as it tends to become busy (probably means people like it), although there are plenty of seat available. We prefer this location as we can just walk to Bahama Breeze, and have drinks and food at the outside bar with live performing musicians. Also close to Disney (max 10-15 min)

I stayed here for a couple of nights when visiting the Disneyworld parks. The main reason that led me to choose this hotel over the others is that they mentioned they had a shuttle to bring you to the parks. The parking at this hotel is free, and it is within reasonable distance to the Disneyworld parks. Upon checking in, the front desk staff was very polite and helpful with tips during the stay at this hotel. The rooms aren't too fancy, but they're clean, comfortable, and it's the room one would expect at Fairfield Inn.

Now, there's a few things to note that I realized during my stay here. The shuttle is not actually a free shuttle the hotel provides. It seems to be going through a 3rd party, and normally costs something like $7 per person for a round trip. Also, unlike other Marriott hotels that I've stayed in, it costs money to print stuff here. I think it's free for boarding passes, but everything else costs per page. However, once I asked if there's any exception for Platinum Marriott members, they were willing to cover the cost. So their staff is very nice and accommodating, but these extra costs are just something to watch for, in case you're not a Platinum member.

Also, at other Fairfield Inns that I've stayed at, they had a hot breakfast where they have scrambled eggs, sausage, etc. It seemed a bit weird to me when they were passing out frozen Jimmy Dean sausage and egg biscuits here for people to wait in line at a microwave to heat up. But, can't be too picky... it is a hot breakfast either way, I guess. Do believe them though when they say that it gets really busy here during breakfast. Anytime after 8:30am, and people will be scrambling just to find a seat.

Again, this is still a great place to stay when visiting the Disneyland parks. Just be sure to ask all your questions ahead of time just to set your expectations right.

At £15 per person per night B&B in November this hotel was excellent value for money. The price included free shuttles to the parks and nearby Premium Outlets (a taxi to Magic Kingdom was $25 one way). Also free tea and coffee at certain times of the day.

Good Points:

* Very reasonable price.
* Good location for Disney.
* Adequate breakfast with reasonable selection.
* Comfortable beds.
* Cheap laundry ($2 to wash and $2 to dry).
* Fast food outlets and Starbucks on site.
* Free shuttles to parks.
* Free shuttle to Premium Outlets saving 15-20 min walk.
* Nearby restaurants, 7/11 and Walgreens (within easy walking distance).
* Friendly helpful staff.
* Great concierge service (Donna).
* Basic swimming pool and splash area for kids.
* Property seemed pretty secure - manned reception desk, traffic barriers, etc.
* Not too bad for transportation as Lynx buses and the i-trolley can be picked up at Premium Outlets (15-20 mins walk or free shuttle).

Bad Points:

* Located right next to the interstate (motorway) so a lot of traffic noise.
* Windows only open an inch or two so difficult to air the room.

This is a great budget option, but you get what you pay for. Don't expect luxury or a 'nice' setting and you won't be disappointed.

Room Tip: Maybe the rooms facing away from the interstate are slightly quieter?
