It's a challenge to have a restaurant with a bar scene, typically the bar side is far more profitable and gets all of the attention. Copper Canyon Grill does a good job of balancing the two skill sets. the bar scene is a central part of the place, however most of the space does go to those having a meal. The rotisserie chicken dishes are the specialty, which was my choice, for around $22 ( for dinner), It was very good, I sat at the bar and received the dinner there. Being in a busy complex, there tends to be a wait for tables. Overall it was a good value, there is a tendency to fill up the plate with mashed potatoes or similar high carb fillers, with smaller portions of vegetable like green beans.
