Took a while to get seated, the group has to be complete to start a meal. The chef in charge of the table cook everything on a hot plate in front of the diner. After putting a show with the cooking utensils and ingredients, Food is served hot and good. No wonder the reservation is long. The only down side I can think of is, some of the smell of the food sticks to the hair and clothes, but its still worth the visit.
