My wife and friends and I dined at Big Fin on a Saturday evening. Though busy (and loud) the service was excellently attentive and the night was spectacular.
Big Fin does seafood right and the fish couldn't have been cooked better. From a nice crisp crust (not skin) to not being overdone (dry) on the inside. We tried a variety of plates including the blue-cheese crusted grouper (WOW), the Salmon Bernaisse-style (very rich), the fish and chips (not too greasy- Yeah), the blackened scallops and shrimp over pasta (rich flavor without a lot of extra grease).
We really enjoyed the meal-- it was the best one I had while in Orlando.
