“Most reasonable character dining”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 6, 2013

We ate here on a Mediterranean night. The buffet had plenty of good choices. On this particular night, Pluto and Goofy were at dinner. They seemed to give a lot of attention to the kids in the room (we were 2 adults, so while we did get pictures with the characters, they didn't spend a ton of time with us). We were staying at the Swan (that's where it's located), so it was very convenient. If I wasn't staying there, I probably wouldn't make a a special trip, but it was very good. If you are a family who wants a reasonably priced character experience, however, this is a good bet- some of the others are outrageously priced and hard to get reservations at.

“expensive breakfast”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 4, 2013

My daughter and I had the breakfast buffet at this restaurant. The food was average tasting, nothing special. It was breakfast, scrambled eggs, French toast, etc. but when the bill came and it cost $51.50 for the two of us to eat, I about fell off my chair!!

“Not the best service”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 1, 2013

Sat for 20 minutes before finally asking for some service! Not what we are used to in the USA. Finally when we did get service we had to remind the server twice for a glass of water and coffee. However food was good so satisfied in the end.

“Way to much for OK food.”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed July 1, 2013

The food was just OK and had to ask twice that the buffet be restocked. Staff seemed to be preoccupied with other things. At almost $60 a person - way too much for the price. Characters were very friendly and made my daughter's (8) day!

“Dessert was the highlight of Dinner”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 17, 2013

Four of us ate the BBQ buffet early on Sunday evening. Service was very good, drinks were refilled promptly and plates bussed from the table quickly. As for the food, things were a bit hit and miss. Spinach salad was presented table side and was a bit dry. The sides included tasty potato salad and a pasta salad. The North Carolina pulled pork was very good along with the cornbread. The 12 hour smoked brisket was a bit dry and tough with no obvious BBQ sauces to accompy it. I didn't sample the wings. The smoked chicken was very good and a change from typical broiled chicken. The ribs were tasty. I think the desserts were the best part of the meal. We had at least one of everything at the table and they were all excellent. We were greeted by Pluto and Goofy who posed for pictures. The kids enjoyed the visit. They also have the typical Disney kids meals for the buffet too. Chicken Nuggets, Mac and Cheese, mini Corn Dogs, with peas and carrots. There were kids desserts too. Brownies, chocolate chip cookies, jello and "dirt" pudding complete with gummi worms.
