I booked a table online about a month ahead of time, on a Monday evening, for a small business group dinner of 6 people. Nothing out of the ordinary. The only time available was 5:30. We arrived right on time and they quickly escorted us to our reserved table inside overlooking the 'lake'; the restaurant was about half full. Our table was directly underneath some fans that were so close overhead that the breeze was uncomfortably strong. The table was also right the door to the patio and adjacent to the bar where the staff would congregate to order and receive drinks, which meant that there were always people pushing past us. And half-way through our dinner they brought buckets and buckets of crushed ice to fill up the bartender's ice bins, and the noise was horrific. I couldn't even carry on a conversation with the person beside me. The dinner itself was horrible. I ordered a chicken burrito with fries; both items were stone cold. You would think that having reserved a month ahead, on a night that wasn't very busy, they could have given us a better table and that the food could have arrived warm if not hot. But no. So, I will not be returning.
