Such a disappointment!! I only stay in 4 or 5 star hotels but lowered my expectations for this stay. It is a kid's hotel understandably. PROS: Many interaction with characters and photo opportunities @" Character" breakfast. Pool cabana ($79 rental) was very comfortable.. Kids enjoyed the10 minute 4D log ride movie(for a fee). Main pool is heated. Allowed early check-in. CONS: Mold and musty mediocre rooms. No hair conditioner or lotion in baths. Way too far to walk with kids and luggage to rooms from registration(with NO help from anyone). Pool slime(green water @ pool slide for all of 5 seconds) only once a day! Extremely overrated!!! No special acknowledgment of birthday celebration throughout resort (except a 20 minute "birthday Spongebob photo-op"(reservations a must). As it is only offered once a day. No drink/food menus @ pool or cabanas(just guess what you want to order-maybe they'll have it). Better just go order it yourself!! Staff was very inexperienced and uninterested. Oh! If you want a private sliming, I was quoted $350 for 5 kids to have a green slime bucket dumped on their heads(that is more than my child's laceration cost at our doctor's office). Unbelievable!! ****Good Advice: read reviews and make an educated decision when choosing a hotel for your next vacation.
