First the good bits - Rock n Roller Coasters, Tower of Terror, and the
drawing class at the Animation studio. Now for the bad parts - where to begin? First of all forget about Fast Pass which might as well be called Farce Pass - you're only allowed to use it for one ride at a time. We arrived at 10, got a fast pass for Roc N Roller Coaster to return in 2 hours, but in the meantime were not allowed to get another
for Tower of Terror. By the time we'd waited 25 minutes on Fast Pass return to get on the rollercoaster, the fast pass tickets for Tower had run out for the day - and it was only 12.30! We then waited 50 minutes in the standby queue for Tower. So FP doesn't exactly allow you to plan your day at all. Most of the other attractions are tame at
best and waste of time at worst - You'd enjoy queueing for the famous movie ride through the replica Chinese Theatre than the ride itself, and believe me you will be queueing for a very long time in order to see some dumb robots re-enacting scenes from the movies, with some extremely lame human interaction. The back lot tour I discovered was a misnomer as they dont actually make movies there anymore, so I have no idea what the people in the "costume department" were doing. The bit where lots of water comes out is the only excitement you'd see. I thought the Universal backlot tour in California was bad, but at least
it had variety. The Indiana Jones show is fun if you have no idea how films are made; and fantasmia show is fun if you're 10 years old. They
are very good at getting you in the park, but once you;re in they don;t seem to care - there's no one around to give you any
information; restaurants are fully booked in the first couple of hours; and queueing to get a hot dog took 45 minutes - and we went on a cold day "off season"! God only know what it's like in the summer. I first went to the Magic Kingdom over 20 years ago and got the impression they only wanted to sell you overpriced food and souvenirs and i see this is still the case. Unlike Seaworld or Kennedy Space Centre Disney's kingdom has no educational value and appears to be exercises in pure greed. Victim of it's own success or not I will not go to another Disney attraction again.
