“Go see "REAL" America - avoid the disney machine”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed August 26, 2013

Wow - what a horrible experience at Disney World. I should have read these comments first. Long lines for everything, rides, food, transportation - everything. It's interesting they had the monorail built when they opened in 1971 to go between Epcot and Magic Kingdom but they stopped there when planning for the future. They now have 500 buses to haul people around like cattle - nothing smooth about waiting 45 minutes in the rain for a bus and then being crammed on with 85 of your fellow tourists who are also spending their hard earned momey chasing a dream that the current Disney staff has all but destroyed due to their thirst to make one more dollar. Our money will be better spent on our future vacations to actually visit "the west", tropical islands, or somewhere overseas. All these vacations will actually be cheaper than staying on Disney property and paying them for everything from water to parking. The other advantage to going elsewhere is getting a chance to meet good quality people interested in their local area and sharing it with you. Disney got to big for itself - too many parks, too much merchandising, and lack of real TRUE customer service!

“Not as magical as the commercials say”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed August 26, 2013

Very disappointed, inside everything was so expensive I found myself saying "no" to nearly everything because I'd have run out of money. It ruined our holiday! Plus every time thunder came everything shut down. I would not go again. On the plus side it was so clean with amazing attention to detail. Shows were incredible.

“Magical as always”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 26, 2013

What is not to like? Disney pays attention to every detail and the new Belle's castle does not disappoint! We had lunch in the castle and it was a highlight to the trip!

“Happiest place -no doubt about it!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 25, 2013

There's a reason this place is so popular! They do most things very well, and when there is. Glitch, you usually quickly forget about it. Even though it keep getting more and ore expensive,it s,till seems like a great entertainment Value. However, save
Your money on the quick review meal plan- over the past few years, they just see to be raising the price and taking away options and feature - lke two snacks a day. Our family foun that we lost money with the QS meal plan,so if you stay on site, checkout your dining options carefully!

“A great place to go at any age!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 25, 2013

It's a big decision deciding what parts of Disney to visit first. We went for several days and covered Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom, Epcot, and Hollywood Studios and Blizzard Beach. It's just amazing the neat things to do at one destination. Disney would be amazed at what its grown to in later years. We enjoyed every Park that we visited and utilized one of the Walt Disney World Book of Information about how, when, where, etc. to get the most out of our trips. There are many examples of books to tour best such as Birnbaum, Fodor or the one we used, The UnOfficial Guide.
