Not only is the hotel super clean but there is something for everyone. Great pool for kids an outdoor little bar/grill. breakfast is included which saves a lot!! There is a Starbucks inside and seaworld is steps away. The only downside is there is no restaurants other than Fridays and other franchises but if your with your family it's an excellent value.

We stayed at the SpringHill Suites in September for 4 nights. On check in, there was some congestion at the desk but once that resolved, staff was very friendly and efficient. Our room was beautiful and very clean with modern decor. We made use of both the refrigerator and microwave. Staff were excellent in giving us directions and in helping us choose a beach to spend the day at. We had a great time just hanging around at the pool with other guests and the bar staff. One thing not clear was the shuttle service to Sea World. It only runs a limited route and we missed the morning pick up so had to drive over our selves.

We spent 2 nights here. Very good facilities and excellent for a family. In its class this hotel is truly exceptional.

Staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

Rooms are spacious and well equipped with a separate seating area and toilet and bath in separate areas. There is also a fridge and microwave in the rooms.

For hotel residents visiting seaworld you receive quick que passes by visiting guest services in reception up to 24hrs before you plan to visit the park. You also receive 10% off in restaurants in the park.

The weather was very cold when we were there due to the effects of hurricane Sandy,so the pool area was wasted on us. It would have been nice to come back to it after the parks. They do daily cocktail and food specials. A pizza hut is by the pool and food can be ordered to the room.

Breakfast was a decent buffet. I could imagine its very busy in peak season. Wait staff are very helpful and polite.

There is a starbucks in the lobby. It's a pity it's not open longer hours as would have liked a coffee on return from park.

There are shuttle buses provided by hotel to the parks. We did not use this as we hired a car. Parking is free.

We visited discovery cove, aquatica & seaworld from this hotel. I would recommend if you are. If visiting discovery cove to get there early. We checked in at 7.15 and were walking into the park as it opened at 7.30. We had our wetsuits on, had breakfast and had a leisurely swim around the winding river with no one else in it. People were only just arriving at 9-9.30.

A great family base

Although we didn't go to Sea World, we stayed here two nights on rewards while visiting Disney World. A bit far from Disney, but worth it for free. Staff was warm and very accomodating. Rooms are teh ultr sleek and modern design with the sliding barn doors on the bathrooms. Fortunately, they've done a good job ensuring the doors actually seal like a swinging door would when in the closed position. We tried for adjoining rooms, but were not successful. Thery did get us two rooms next to each other though. Breakfst was good, although extremely crowded. Plenty of seats to accomodate everyone though. The pool area is fantastic. It's shared space with the Fairfield next door, but has exciting features that appealed to my two youngest children.
