“A great property to stay in Orlando!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 24, 2013

I stayed at Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek for four days from 12 May 2013. I was there to attend BlackBerry Live 2013. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Cannot find fault with rooms, facilities or service. The hotel staff are excellent, especially the guys at Sena Bar & Lounge. They have a good memory of the guests and their requirements. However, during the peak hours (6 to 8 pm) when the bar bustles with guests, I have seen a Sena staff, most probably newcomer, fumbling and messing up things. My sincere advice to the Management is that please properly train newbies before stationing them during peak hours. The only problem I faced in the room was 'shower' with not much water pressure.

Room Tip: Select a room with a good view otherwise it is gonna be boring. Elderly people should choose rooms c...

Lately I have been giving some very favorable reviews...and this is another. This property was amazing in service at all levels from front desk staff, room service, restaurants and the convention banquet crew was, how should I say...Magnificent! I have attended way too many meeting mystery luncheons. Every function the food was excellent (hats off to the chefs) and the banquet teams outstanding. Then let's go to the family activities that keeps everyone happy and spending time together while balancing a busy schedule. Families had plenty of time to enjoy each other and all the extra activities and free shuttles to almost every Disney venue. This hotel is definitely on my "Will Come Back To list".

Room Tip: When with family, ask for the Disney view so the kids can see the fireworks from way up high.

We stayed here for the last 4 nights of our 2 week holiday (stayed in a villa before that).
We were familyof 5 with my daughter bringing here friend along, as such I'd emailed a couple of weeks earlier to ask for joining room which I was told would be confirmed at check in.

We arrrived an hour before the allocated check in time of 4pm and our rooms weren't ready but the young lady checked us in staright away and duly found joining rooms and gave us a very polite and swift check in.
We were on the 15th floor facing east and had a great vista across towards Downtown Disney but as Orlando is so flat we could see the City of Orlando to the North and as far West as Orlando Int Airport.

The room was of a decent size, extremely clean and with very comfortable beds and pillows.
The TV was vey un-hotel like as it was easy to use and came with a channel card, the coffee machine was great and we were given extra coffee and cups without asking.
The fridge was very useful for storing our beer and cold drinks and milk for our cereals.

Yes the hotel is expensive if you choose to utilise the restuarants, we tried the Harvest Bistro and it was just OK. The Muse coffee shop is v.expensive - croissant at $4 is way too expensive and I'm sure they throw away more cakes than they sell.
We had a pizza and garlic fries at the Beech poolside bar which was very good - the pool area was very quite during our stay and was a lovely oasis to relax in following days spent in the parks.

The shuttles to and from Disney were very useful and more than covered the $16 per day resort/self parking charge.

When we return to Orlando we'll be back to the Bonnet Creek.

Room Tip: Higher the better, wasn't bothered we didn't have a pool view. Ask for a room closer to the...

My family just stayed at the Hilton Bonnet Creek for 3 nights & we were all very impressed. The rooms are large enough to have a king bed & a roll-away. The pool area is great. It has a couple of pools attached together by the lazy river & a nice size slide. The restaurant offers free kids meals when adults order (for breakfast & dinner) & the food is quite good.
They offer a free shuttle to all the Disney parks.
If you are coming to Orlando to go to the Disney parks, I would recommend this hotel.

Service at check in was great, then we became invisible. This Is a beautifully appointed resort property. The layout is excellent. The lobby is grand and sweeping, well laid out, and feels like a quality resort.
The room was comfortable. The only drawback is if someone opens the bathroom door while you're in the shower, you're locked in the shower. Small oversight, no big deal.
We went down to the pool where there are lovely lazy river features, a beach walk in, and a great general feel. Restrooms are scarce at the pool... lots of kids, no restrooms by the pool, you do the math. There is one bar servicing the entire area and it's quite a walk if you're not nearby. Good luck getting service. We were there for hours and never approached. Towels and trash EVERYWHERE. The hallways to the rooms were littered with linens, room service debris, and... yes... bag of trash. Nice. Service people were stepping over, or ignoring the mess.
So, at the end of the day, this is a beautiful property operated by individuals rather than a cohesive, detail oriented, well managed team.
Nice try kids. Way too many excellent choices in this town. Won't be back.
You should find something else.

Hilton Bonnet Creek is a marvelous choice of hotels in which to enjoy Orlando. Excellent location, close to Disney downtown and Epcot. The hotel itself is comfortably upscale with an excellent main restaurant, La Luce. Sumptuous northern Italian food. The pool area with it's winding river and walk-in wading area, as well as copious lounge chairs, outdoor bar and food etc is exceptional for a day in the sun. Hard to leave, and worth the resort fee.

I can honestly say that this is one of the best hotels that our family have stayed in. Starting off there was a mix up with the reservation, which was a mistake on the behalf of the travel agent. We got to our room and it was very spacious with a lovely, modern bathroom, two large beds and a flat screen TV. Our view was a forest view (relaxing). Upstairs there is a Virgin Lounge where you can play pool, get internet access, (Apple Mac Computers) play table football, there was a Wii. You get in by using your room card (its exclusive to virgin customers). The pool is lovely with the lazy river and plenty of sun-loungers are available. there were dive in pool films they showed films like brave and finding nemo. The food was good in the harvest bistro as children under 12 ate free, you could eat breakfast in there too and adults eat free (virgin customers).La Luce had lovely food, but it was a little over priced; the specials were very tasty! the Zeta sushi bar we didn't get to try so I cant comment but it looked very modern! Muse coffee bar we loved as it was reasonably priced, if you had had a long day at the parks then you could grab a snack and go to bed.
The Hilton is connected to the Waldorf Astoria hotel, which looked very nice! you could use their facilities and restaurants. We looked at the menus which looked very expensive so we gave that a miss. We tried the golf club and range which was lovely, high tech trolleys with sat nav. we got 20 % off green fees, the only bad thing was you had to hire clubs and shoes. the hotel is 15 mins from universal parks, a taxi worked out very expensive so if you get a Mears shuttle it works out £12.50. they did a free shuttle to Downtown Disney and Disney parks. If there were weather difficulties(lightning) they would give you a free nine holes! overall it was a lovely hotel and we would definitely stay again!
