We stayed here for the last 4 nights of our 2 week holiday (stayed in a villa before that).
We were familyof 5 with my daughter bringing here friend along, as such I'd emailed a couple of weeks earlier to ask for joining room which I was told would be confirmed at check in.
We arrrived an hour before the allocated check in time of 4pm and our rooms weren't ready but the young lady checked us in staright away and duly found joining rooms and gave us a very polite and swift check in.
We were on the 15th floor facing east and had a great vista across towards Downtown Disney but as Orlando is so flat we could see the City of Orlando to the North and as far West as Orlando Int Airport.
The room was of a decent size, extremely clean and with very comfortable beds and pillows.
The TV was vey un-hotel like as it was easy to use and came with a channel card, the coffee machine was great and we were given extra coffee and cups without asking.
The fridge was very useful for storing our beer and cold drinks and milk for our cereals.
Yes the hotel is expensive if you choose to utilise the restuarants, we tried the Harvest Bistro and it was just OK. The Muse coffee shop is v.expensive - croissant at $4 is way too expensive and I'm sure they throw away more cakes than they sell.
We had a pizza and garlic fries at the Beech poolside bar which was very good - the pool area was very quite during our stay and was a lovely oasis to relax in following days spent in the parks.
The shuttles to and from Disney were very useful and more than covered the $16 per day resort/self parking charge.
When we return to Orlando we'll be back to the Bonnet Creek.
