To be honest, we normally stay at a hotel nearby, but it was booked, so we were "stuck" staying at the hilton--only worried because we hadnt been there before and didnt know what to expect. As it turned out, there was nothing to worry about--the first thing to mention is the customer service-which was great. While checking in at the front desk, we requested a roller bed for our toddler, it practically beat us to the room, they were that "on it"! Then, a few minutes later, a manager called to make sure we got it and to ask if there was anything else we needed. First, I really appreciate our small requests being taken seriously and then, amazingly, followed up on to ensure completion. Next day, we ordered room service breakfast, it was there within 15 minutes, no errors. Someone is doing something right in management and their attention to little details is appreciated-for someone traveling with a little one-it just makes everything so much more hassle-free. The room was quite and clean and the expansive pool area had lots of options for everyone.
