“Fantastic Pool, excellent service, and good food option for families”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 30, 2013

Stayed here for 3 night as had some hilton points to use. We were not interested in going to Disney, however this hotel is quite near the parks and has its own shuttle service. Parking is self park ($16) or valet ($25). It is a bit hard to find off I4 as the signs only direct you to Disney properties. I felt the easiest way was to get off at Lake Buena vista and drive through downtown disney to the hotel, taking a left after you cross Bonnett Creek.

The hotel is very busy, but they have plenty of staff to help out. Wake up early for breakfast, because by 8:30 there is usually a half hour to 45 minute wait at the buffet restaurant. If you have a family, kids eat free with each entree purchased by an adult. That makes the breakfast buffet a reasonable cost for a family of four. This also applies to dinner which I thought was reasonable as the kids ate free and we had a nice dinner buffet for $28 each.

The pool is amazing, but can get crowded. You need to pay to rent an inner tube. I suppose you could bring your own but whether they let you use their air to inflate it or you pay for it I do not know.

Quite rooms which were quite standard for Hilton. Overall, kids had a good time. A bit crowded during spring break, but that is to be expected.

As a frequent business traveler and regular visitor to Disney; I expect to wait especially when I'm staying in the Disney area over a holiday week (ie Spring Break). I am a Hilton Honors member and selected the Hilton Bonnet Creek rather than other comparable hotels because I used points to pay for one of the 2 rooms we reserved during our weeklong stay. We've stayed at this property before and my 2 sons, ages 5 and 10, love the pool area and the slide. I'm sure we would return in the future during a non holiday period when they run their Florida Resident specials. However, I would not return as a full paying customer especially during a holiday. Although the hotel staff was friendly as always, there simply wasn't enough staff to manage the numbers of guests this week.

The Harvest Bistro restaurant had a 30 to 45 wait for breakfast each day...no reservations allowed. Again, I expect these types of delays but after being seated, my family waited another 15 minutes for a waiter to stop at our table and take drink orders. But I dont want to give the impression that the staff was t working hard...the servers were hustling and practically running from table to table to serve guests. This is a management issue - not enough wait staff to handle crowds. Food trays at the buffet were frequently empty which meant lines of guests standing and waiting. And, the hotel needs more housekeepers to keep up with the number of occupied rooms...don't be surprised if you return to your uncleaned room at 5pm after a long day at the parks. Our shower door was broken and the shower completely flooded the bathroom with 2 inches of water. Facilities fixed the issue after a couple of hours but the next morning, there was no hot water in the hotel. When my husband called again, they said it was a hotel wide outage.

Pool area is great- arrive early to get chairs because it fills up quickly. The evening dive in movies are free and loved by kids and adults alike! But the JW Marriott or Omni Championsgate have similar pool areas and nightly rates and they're better equipped to handle holiday crowds.

Located close to Disney with a complementary bus service to the attractions Hilton was a given choice. Nice property with a lovely pool area. Friendly in hotel bars and an excellent Italian restaurant. Our room was good with nice beds. Only real complaint was the sound proofing. Through the door to the neighbor room we could hear everything.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with no door to the neighbor room - if available.

This is a great hotel with tons of amenities but also lots of extra fees! Internet is $15/day. Parking is $27/day. Breakfast buffet is $20. It's an amazing hotel to bring your family to. A huge pool with a water slide and lazy river. Spa, pool, golf and other amenities will keep you busy.

The Hilton Bonnet Creek is the perfect hotel from which to explore all that Orlando has to offer. The hotel is located on Disney's property, but isn't stuck in the middle of all the craziness that can overwhelm Disney traveller's, and it provides quick access to I-4. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the common areas are elegant and the pool area is wonderful. My wife I have stayed in perhaps 20 different Orlando hotels over the years, having owned Disney season passes, and this is the hotel we recommend more than any other.

stayed here pre cruise in March 13. Lovely hotel,The buffet breakfast had a good choice of food,we had breakfast included in our deal but there was also a breakfast menu you could choose from at an extra cost if you didn't want the buffet. The lazy river was great, water was warm and plenty of towels for the sun beds. The views over the Golf course were beautiful.

This was my first time staying at a Hilton, and I have to say this hotel was absolutely awesome! The Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek has a wonderful staff who kept making sure everything was as we wanted it to be, and it was! It's technically on Disney property. Room was spotless, had very comfortable beds and was a decent size. Although the hotel does offer a complimentary shuttle, we decided to use our own transportation because the walk to the shuttle has lots of stairs, and we had someone in our party who was unable to do this. The restaurant downstairs was good, but not and the coffee bar is great for grabbing something quick before heading to the park or the pool. The pool bar also serves very good food. This hotel is great for all ages, and has a better value than most of the hotels on Disney property. I Highly recommend the Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek!
