“Top notch”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 11, 2013

We spent 6 days here and I have to say this is the best overall vacation/resort hotel we've ever stayed at in the USA (based on price, sevice, pool, room, etc). There are a few European hotels we've stayed at that I would rank higher, but that's really an unfair apples to oranges comparison. For a vacation in the US, this tops them all.
First, our check in was great. Jordan (I think) upgraded us to a higher room to see the fireworks, gave us breakfast vouchers since we had obviously taken a REALLY early flight to Orlando, and gave my daughter a little gift for her birthday. That's just the first five minutes!
The entire staff we interacted with...cleaning, bar, restaurant, consierge and especially pool...were all extemely professional and friendly. The shuttle to the Disney parks allowed us to avoid renting a car, and we never thought twice about it. The location of the property is so convenient to the parks.
The pool area is fantastic. There were always chairs available. Towels are always there for the taking. The lazy river is just AWESOME. Our 5 year old just loved it. (one note: the thing that makes the lazy river great is also something that parents should be aware of; the current is very strong. If you want to just swim, you need to move out of the current path. Otherwise, you and your child will struggle). There is also a slide which is always monitored by pool employees.
The rooms were extremely comfortable. Ours was quite a long way from the elevator, but so what?
We had 2 large conferences during the week. Other than some noise, it didn't effect us at all, other than closing the restaurants one night. (one evening in the lobby, the bar was the loudest I've ever heard. It must be the acoustics of the lobby; it sounded like a jet engine in there!)
So, overall, if you're taking your family to Disney and don't want to pay those insane Disney resort prices, this IS the only way to go!!

We actually went in October of 2010, and loved it! I stayed there with my best friend, my mom and dad and we all enjoyed it so much! One of the best features is the pool and the location! It's IN Disney property! I consider it a Disney Hotel that's how nice it is! Everyone was exceptionally friendly and the hotel was beyond gorgeous!!

This Hilton resort does a wonderful job of providing a relaxing, family-friendly, low-key experience along with all the necessary amenities for business "road warriors", making it my favorite hotel in Orlando to stay for both family WDW vacations and business travel.

Overall, the property is well maintained. Rooms are spacious, up-to-date, modern in decor and very comfortable. The pool, lazy river and outdoor gathering areas make for a relaxing day or evening (most comfortably enjoyed next to one of the two fire pits). While dining is limited (especially for children), the Harvest Bistro provides a nice breakfast buffet prior to a day at the parks or golfing (which is located on property at the Waldorf). The addition of a refrigerator in each room is appreciated.

Complimentary and reliable shuttle service is provided to WDW parks and Downtown Disney. Pickup is located in front of the hotel at the transportation/shuttle pavillion. However, there is also an adjacent parking garage that is convenient but comes with a hefty daily fee.

Convention/meeting space is available between the Hilton Bonnet Creek and its sister property, the Waldorf-Astoria. For family travelers, be prepared though for some large business conventions during the work week that also hold evening receptions in the lobby and poolside.

I would recommend this hotel property to many - frequent business travelers, couples, families with both teenagers and young children. The convenience of this property's location and amenities cannot be beat!

Room Tip: Select a room on a high floor that overlooks the pool to see the fireworks of Disney. Also, ask for...

I attended a company function at this beautifully decorated resort this week. The rooms were elegant, the food was excellent and the meeting rooms and ballroom were exceptional. The decor for our "formal" seated dinner for 1,400 included exquisite centerpieces with orchids and tea candles in candelabras. The staff set up multiple stations for the buffet meals, and the appearance and quality of the food was extremely good. It's too bad we did not have time to enjoy the spa or the extensive pool area that included a lazy river around the perimeter. I would definitely return on a vacation. When a hotel provides extraordinary service to such a large crowd, it says a lot about the quality of the staff and the management style.

Room Tip: I had a room that overlooked the pool, the golf course, and the marsh. You could see the disney com...

I stayed here one night in room 401 and was awaken at 3am- 5am for cleaning and setting up of their pool area. For more than an hour all I could hear from my room was furniture being moved.
I did mention this to the manager upon my departure that setting up of tables, chairs, cleaning, etc should not be done if it is going to disturb the sleep of the guests. Not sure I would go there again unless they can manage this minor issue. I should have called down to the front desk upon all the noise that night, but I did not. Overall, it looked like a very nice Hilton for my short stay.

Checked in to this hotel to spend a few days with the family at WDW. Room overlooked Disney and the golf course - amazing view! Beds were extremely comfortable. With a small refrigerator in room, we had the best of everything.

Dining is somewhat limited. However, the sushi bar - Zeta - was GREAT! Really good sushi rolls and more moderately priced than the other. After spending $50 a meal for "junk" food in the parks, this is a welcome alternative.

The free ride to the parks, is convenient. But if you have a short time there and have a car, I would use it. It costs $14 to park at the parks and it's transferable to all of the Disney parks.

We would definitely stay here again!

Room Tip: High floor with a Disney view!

We stayed in this Hilton for two times in 2012. The outside of the premises looks not very inviting or charming at all, it looks more like a sterile hospital. But believe me on my word: don't judge this hotel from the outside, just give it a chance to book a room in this hotel. Once you are inside you suddenly will forget how it looks like. The frontdesk employees are most willing to please. We were upgraded to a very nice suite becuase of our Hilton honors diamond status. Unfortunately this Hilton doesn't provide an executive lounge but they provide you vouchers to enjoy a complimentary breakfast. The suite was unbelievably well equipped...we had two beds in the bedroom, two bathrooms, a large and comfortable coach, 2 large flatscreens, a working desk and a huge dinner table for 8 people. The view was stunning! The lazy river is something you must have experienced! Only bummer in the pool, you have to rent a tube if you want to float. But further a very nice pool and grounds as well. Breakfast was okay only the wait was annoying...especially if one person in your party is a diabetic on insuline. If you are not a veggie breakfast is okay for the USA. You can't compare this to the European breakfast at all....but. that's always an issue in the state's (unfortunately). But enough about some little downsides of this hotel. If you would like to stay in a very into service hotel with nice equipped rooms together with all the convenience of a 5 star hotel, close to Disney but away from the hussle and bussle, amazing poolside etc...this is your hotel! The manager Mark Huurneman is doing an awesome job in this hotel. He took care of us like we were his own family! Thank you for this dear Mark! See you in the near future! Only thing missing in this wonderful hotel is a balcony or windows you are able to open. For me this is definitely so important. Maybe its because we are more used to living outside compared to the Americans. I don't know.....but the connecting hotel the waldorf does provide some balcony rooms. Even though a balcony is that important for me, I will return to this hotel. So mark and his colleagues does an outstanding job! My compliments! Oh and btw before I forget to mention: try the la luce restaurant! We had dinner in this restaurant for two times. The quality is extraordinary good. The pizzas for instance are amazingly good. Try the one with pears. So a very very recommendable hotel! Late check out was not a problem at all BTW! Just try and enjoy!
