“2 Words...Lazy River!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 11, 2012

An excellent hotel to stay, close to Walt Disney World. Great for families, but I went there with my boyfriend and it was just as fun. There are nightly activities to include movies out by the pool and happy hours in the evenings. Even better, it's connected to the Waldorf Astoria, so double the fantastic restaurants to choose for dinner. Check out the Guerlain Spa at the Waldorf...second to none!

When I arranded our reservations at this Hotel I specifically asked about the shuttle service to and from the Magic Kingdom at Disney, with even more specific information that is was for the "The Very Merry Mickey Christmas party" in the evening. This special event starts at 7:00 p.m. and goes thru midnight. Both the reservation people and the Desk people at the hotel told me they had shuttle service running continually back and forth all night long. We went Via the shuttle at 6:30 to the magic kingdom, great no problem. But at 11:30 when we came back to the transportation area we were told by the Mears Buss spervisor that there last trip Back to our Hotel "Hilton" was at 7:50. So sorry nothing we can do.. We paid $30.00 to take a Cab back to our hotel. This was the ONLY avaliable transportation back to our room.

Three diferent people LIED to us. WHY.

I booked this Hotel because of the shuttle............

Room Tip: Rooms are a LONG, Long hike from the elevators. Then all of the Air conditioners were directly unde...

Stayed here recently with family to attend the Disney Very Merry Christmas party and it could not have been better! The lobby was decorated for the Holidays which helped get us in the holiday spirit. They were also serving hot chocolate in the lobby and had a giant gingerbread house where you were able to decorate a gingerbread "brick" to place on the house. The Front Desk staff was ready to warmly greet us with big smiles and helpful Disney tips. We asked for a high floor when booking and they were able to get us on the top floor with a great view- they truly gave us the VIP treatment and it was a wonderful first impression of the resort. Our room was perfect, a nice high floor with a view of the pool and Disney area. The pool staff wrote wonderful messages in towels on the pool chairs that you can see from your window, a great way to wake up each morning! Our first night we spent at Disney and the bus transportation was very helpful. Our second day was spent lounging by the pool and enjoying the lazy river and fabulous drinks at the Beech bar & grill. We also had great service at the breakfast buffet both mornings which was helpful to get us in and out quickly to start our days. All in all, everything was great. The staff, service, resort decor, cleanliness, was all above and beyond. even our experience at the Disney Very Merry Christmas Party went well and it was the perfect Orlando vacation!

Stayed here for three nights as part of a tour of Florida. You really can't go wrong here.
- superb reception area
- quick and easy check in with a large airy and comfortable room on the top floor with great views over Disney and onto Orlando
- easy access to parking
- large comfortable beds
- brilliant White Company toiletries in a large bathroom
Great access and convenient location to all Orlando has to offer, let's face it if you're coming here on vacation you're hitting the theme parks.
The swimming pool is brilliant and warm and enjoyed drifting round the lazy river!
Watch out for wifi, you don't need it in the room, just pop down to reception where it's free
Enjoy! I would certainly highly recommend this and would stay again if I came back as the prices are usually highly competitive

Room Tip: Top floor - though any would be great

LOVED our stay to the Hilton Bonnet Creek! Location was perfect and the facility and rooms were beautiful and clean. In-hotel restaurant had a great menu. A bit pricy but kid meals were free. Would definitely recommend it. The drawbacks are all the extra charges. It was ridiculous that there was no free wifi. You had a buy a package. Thankfully we do not need it. Paying $18-$24 a day for parking was overkill. And you had to pay a $5 rental fee to use their tubes in the pool/lazy river. Really?!?!? We refused and bought our own tubes locally then left them when we checked out. The rooms are expensive - the least they can do is provide free inner tubes and wifi and discount the parking fees. Other than the extra charges, we were very happy with our stay. The staff was very friendly and provided excellent service!

Normally I choose to stay next door at the Waldorf, but I was able to get a fabulous deal on the Hilton this time around and thought i would give it a shot! I had my reservations about this hotel because of its sheer size, but found it to be really nice. Checking in was a breeze and we were lucky to get a high floor and a room near the elevators. The "Disney view" room was simple, clean, and the view of the pool/ golf course was nice. Just a side note- The disney view is a bit misleading as there isn't much to see, be sure not to use this as a deciding factor on a room! The facilities of the hotel include a full service business center, a complimentary bus to all of the disney parks (which, in my opinion, is better than the disney buses, a lazy river pool (which offers activities during the day for kids... I couldn't get my niece out of it!), and some wonderful restaurants/ bars. I also made my way over to the spa one day which is located in the Waldorf, however, it is possible to get there inside since the two hotels are connected by a conference center. The spa itself was very nice with everything you could possibly need... the treatments were really relaxing and I found the the staff to be friendly and helpful. Overall this hotel is excellent whether you are there with friends, family, or on business.

Room Tip: Remember that the Disney View is more of a pool/ golf view. Check the website for deals! Try to ask...

Again, I find myself not wanting to share such a great place! We visit Disney at least once a year and my 4 kids are spoiled about staying "on property" in "official" Disney hotels. But, being Hilton Honors members, I convinced them to give it a try as the hotel offered a great deal over Thanksgiving with 2nd room half price (something I have never found at Disney). Wow - just wow! Every night, when we returned, the kids said "Great hotel, Mom!" They even left the parks one afternoon to enjoy the fabulous pool and lazy river - something they have never done in 15 years of Disney trips! The rooms were beautifully decorated and spacious. We were on a high floor - one room with "Disney" view (honestly mostly Wide World of Sports area and hotels although you can look hard right and see the fireworks at Epcot). Other room had view of Downtown Disney that was also pretty. I dont know that I would pay more for D-view, but it does also offer the pool view. The pool is beautiful and actually the highlight of our "view" each morning was waking up to look down to see what message the pool staff had spelled out in towels on the pool lounges! How creative! On Thanksgiving day, for example, the pool attendants spelled out "Thankful". We took pictures of their messages each morning! The breakfast downstairs was delicious. Comp with Hilton Gold plus $6 upgrade to full cooked bfast. The shuttle was a beautiful, new luxury motor coach that picks up at Waldorf next door as well. We found it convenient and on-time. Some days we drove to the parks and the location is convenient enough to do that easily as well. I just cant say enough good about this hotel. The only negative was the very loud soccer teams that were staying there for the last 2 days of our visit. They over-ran the lobby, but we didn't hang out in the lobby a lot, so not a huge deal! The hotel has a Disney store onsite with a decent selection and an incredibly helpful staff. We had a service member with us, and the staff went out of his way to get us to a ticket location where we could purchase tickets with the military discount. What a savings! Thank you - I wish I remembered your name! Overall, this was just a fabulous experience - my kids may be Hilton Bonnet Creek spoiled now!

Room Tip: Rooms xx15 - xx30s are closer to the elevator. Other reviewers mentioned a hike to some rooms, so t...
