“Outstanding!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 23, 2013

This was our first trip to the Parc Soleil and it was wonderful from the first of six nights to the last night.

We stayed in a two bedroom suite which was absolutely gorgeous and cleaner than anything you could imagine.

We used the kitchen to cook in and it was well equipped and included soap, diswasher soap and laundry detergent for the washer and dryer.

The internet connections were outstanding. Never a problem. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were spotless. Elevators were super fast.

The balcony with table and chairs for four plus a lounge chair was a great evening place to hang out.

Pools were not cold and were clean and never crowded. Plenty of lounge chairs.

Parking was underneath the building which meant your car never got hot sitting out in the sun.

We ate at the restaurant once and it was good. Drinks were a little pricey.

It is a little away from restaurants, etc but it was nice and quiet and you could reach many restaurants within a mile or two.

This is a deluxe resort and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Room Tip: We liked building 100 although 200 has the gym and restaurant. Facing the pool is beautiful. In bot...

This is our 2nd stay at this hotel. My kids love it. The rooms are amazing, the staff is nice and friendly and the water slide is a hit! I love how they do different activities all day for the kids to enjoy too. So if your not busy at the local theme parks you can still have a great time staying at the hotel. If you do want to go to the theme parks, it's close to all of them. In a great location.

Easy process for check in/out, clean grounds and beautiful living space-- the view from the room was spectacular. I enjoyed the amenties along with the room. Only bad experience was poor service at the restaurant but the one apple cannot spoil the bunch more to offer than expected.

Stayed for a short visit during the summer of 2012. Air conditioner in the room was very loud but the staff at the front desk was very nice. I requested and received a late check out. Pool area was nice and it wasn't hard to get a chair. You definitely need a car to get around the area. Not much to do at night.

Stayed for eight nights in a one bedroom apartment on the 12th floor. From the onset this was a wonderful holiday. The check-in was quick and professional, the reception staff were friendly and so,so helpful. We asked for a room where we could watch the Epcot nightly fireworks and that's what we were given. It took a few minutes for the receptionist to arrange this but he did it happily, chatting all the while.
The room was exceptional! Large and comfortable as you would expect from a Hilton Resort and with all mod cons. Coffee and tea were supplied to start us off, as were dishwasher and washing powder. All were replaced on our mid week deep clean. Bed and pillows were most comfortable but thought the duvet cover a bit odd!! A wrap-around which I frequently found myself inside overnight-was worried about the hygiene of this?? The balcony held a table, chairs for two and a sun lounger. not the biggest balcony but really fine. The shower was more a wet room and the free standing bath was filled from the ceiling. I just LOVED this room.

The pools were fabulous. A large family pool with a LONG water slide which was great fun - after all nobody knows you on hols! and there was a relaxation pool with water spouts to ease those sore shoulders. There were numerous hot tubs around the pool areas - one seemingly more adult than the others. Umbrellas were available -though not too many but shade was available -you just had to keep following it. Plenty of sun beds and waiter service around the pool. A small shop/Starbucks was also on site. Time share sellers were apparent but we were never troubled at all - such a pleasant change from other places we've visited.

The parking garage was inside the building which meant it was only through the door to the hotel lifts. This made bringing things back to your room really easy and that the car was always cool.

The isolation of this hotel could considered a drawback for some. The cutbacks in US building mean that the area has not fulfilled its potential but it wasn't a problem for us. Once through the gates of the Parc Soleil and we were in a man-made paradise. The whole experience of the Resort was first class from beginning to end. The chambermaids, the porters, the reception staff, the concierge must be happy in their work because their welcoming smiles and cheerfulness made this holiday a real success for us. If Hilton had more resorts in Europe I would certainly consider becoming a member. 5* from me.

Room Tip: Just ask to see the fireworks!

Couldn't have been a more beautiful hotel or room, just gorgeous and so roomy. Only issue I had was that that mattress was not comfortable in the bedroom, it was worn with sleep spots. Awesome pool, awesome store, reasonable restaurant, fun kid center, lots of computer access. Just great.

Although this hotel is located in a relatively remote area, it is still relatively close to stores and restaurants and all of the local attractions. Staff service and attention to guest needs are unrivaled in any hotel I have stayed. The suites and studios are spacious and clean.
