Stayed here for two nights before leaving on Disney Cruise. The rate was great for one bedroom unit. Full kitchen and the bathroom was amazing. Very modern and new. Great tub! The pullout was as comfortable as the bed-not your ordinary pullout with thin mattress and springs in your back. Great pools and slides for kids. Restaurant was amazing for both dinner and breakfast. Great service and TV's to watch football! Cannot say enough good things about this place!!

This was by far the best place I've ever stayed. Everything was perfect from the awesome pool to the full kitchen. We had a two bedroom suite where the second bedroom was a normal hotel room but my son loved having his own kitchenette. The maid only comes once a week but you can get more coffee, towels, etc any time you need it. The kitchen has pretty much everything you need including a stove, full refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher.

We stayed on this hgvc for at least 7 or 8 times...all of them were extended stays. The suite is great, so functional and beautiful, the balcony is a great benefit...important for me! But this hotel is not upon Hilton standards at all. The frontdesk employees are always smiling and apologizing for everything you mention but they are never willing to solve the issues. When you ara an elite member you can just throw your card away since you only get two bottles of water and 2000 extra points. Big issue is the parking. When you come back late in the hotel you got no parkingspace at all. People looking for disabled parking never got a chance at all! Yeah, if you stay here whole day long. Before the beds were fantastic but I don't know what happened with it but our whole party is complaining of very bad backache! Not able to sleep at all. The housekeeping issue is a returning problem as well. When you are coming back in the hotel let say around 5pm or 530pm don't be surprised if housekeeping didn't take care of your room! Items ate missing in kitchen, you can mention this but again a big smile and apology but nothing will happen! There is nothing human or personal about this hotel, the management! You are here only to pay but service..no dear people don't expect any kind of service at all! They never want to compensate you whatever happened. For example we spend two nights in the suite whith a broken airconditioning, the temperature was like 92 Fahrenheit, so pretty hot. We were not able to sleep at all. Went to the frontdesk but no they were not prepare to compensate us in any way!

So yes the property is very nice but a lot of issues concerning to the service, housekeeping, parking etc. This is the first time I write a review because we didn't want to complain in public. We mentioned everything over and over again to the management but forget about this. Every effort is for nothing and a waste of time. Oh, and last stay we had to extend our stay with a few nights but us was told no we are not able to extend your stay. If you will get very ill they are just kick you out of the hotel. Terribly and a shame for the fact that they call this a Hilton!

We found our trip to Parc Soleil very relaxing. They have wonderful one bedroom suites - very large and well-equipped - and if you need an accessible suite with a walk-in shower, this is the best ever walk-in shower. The accessible suite is very near the elevators, a major plus for walking challenged. Also, the the walk-in shower has dual showers, one for the disabled individual at a lower height and one for the other family members at a regular height. The shower curtain is perfect and doesn't let the water escape as some other walk-in showers do. One downside of the accessible suite was the view - we had a view of the roof of the parking garage. The swimming pools are lovely, both shallow and deep and you can leave the more active pool to swim at the reflecting pool, if you prefer a quieter venue. The whirlpools are a great temperature - nice and hot. Overall, I would recommend having a car if you stay at this resort, as you tend to feel a bit cut off from Orlando shopping, dining etc. If you are looking for downtime & relaxation, you will definitely get it here.
