Our family of four have been to Epcot many times, and we all love it (especially my wife and I). Some parts are pretty educational, but not preachy or boring. One of the reasons we love Disney parks so much is the fact that they have a variety of attractions, not just thrill rides (though we love those too). Disney's parks appeal to ALL age groups, not just those 25 and younger. It gets tiring being slung and jerked around all of the time. At 41, I like a break now and then. Anyway, the new attraction, Sorin', is wonderful ! It may be my personal favorite now. It's a simulated handglider ride through different areas of California. It seems very real, with the smell of pine as you sail through the forests, a gentle breeze, ect. Don't miss it. One attraction that I've seen no one mention in thier review that I think is worth mentioning is the American Adventure attraction at the American Pavillion at World Showcase. It's a much bigger version of Hall of Presidents, with anamotronic figures from America's history performing different events that were important to our nation. Even our "think-they're-too-cool" 13 and 11 year old sons love it. VERY entertaining and educational. The Coke Pavillion was nice, with free Coke products from all over the world and a nice break from the heat. The is a great park for couples. There's a real romance walking from country to country at World Showcase and topping it off with the Illuminations Show at the end of the night. One thing; if the weather forecast calls for a lot of rain (I'm talking about an all day event, not the daily storm that comes and goes quickly in the summers), it's better to wait another day. Especially at World Showcase, most everything is outside and attrations are spread out with LOTS of walking. Better to go to Magic Kingdom where the attractions are much closer together and go to Epcot the next day. If you're expecting a Six Flags or Paramounts park, don't. This is not a 90% thrill ride place. Don't get your expectations going in the wrong direction. It has a great mix that should appeal to most people.
