We stayed here for 12 nights through the holidays. Front desk staff were helpful and nice throughout the stay. The room was perfect for our family of 5 - we had the double queen plus the sleeper sofa. There were two decent sized closets, plus they offered an in-room safe for an add'l $1 per day. Internet was $5 for the entire stay. The kitchen area was tiny, but workable. It provided a full sized fridge, 2 burner stovetop, toaster and coffee maker. I brought along my toaster oven as well. They do a touch-up cleaning every day (trash, towels, beds) and a full cleaning every third day. There is a laundry room (which gets very HOT) on-site. 4 washers and 6 dryers. I never had a problem with it being crowded. It was $4 per load, and a change machine is provided.
The continental breakfast was decent - no hot foods, but they had a nice variety of pastries/muffins, bagels, cereals & fruit. There is no seating for breakfast, so it's a good idea to just send one or two people down to get food for everyone and bring it back to the room (They provide trays)
The location was perfect. It was the last in line along a strip of hotels, and very quiet. It's less than a mile from one of the entrances to the WDW property and just a few miles from Universal/Islands of Adventure/City Walk & Sea World. Very easy access to the interstate, and just a couple miles from a huge outlet mall.
Most days we came back to the room around noon to have lunch, nap and re-energize for another round at the parks. They do offer a shuttle to WDW, but it's on a specific time-schedule and those we spoke to said it just wasn't worth it, plus it only picked-up/dropped off from Magic Kingdom, which meant you had to utilize the WDW transportation system between parks. This, we discovered, is very time consuming, especially during the holidays. It was much quicker to just drive ourselves to the parks and pay the $10 parking per day.
We only had one negative issue: My son accidently left his money on the desk when we left the room in the morning. When we came back it was gone (only $13, but to a kid that's a lot). We figured housekeeping thought it was a tip and chalked it up to a learning experience and we also double-checked to make sure the boys had their money each day.
We checked out a day early and they kindly refunded us for that night. Overall it was a good experience and I would highly recommend it to others traveling to Orlando.
